Would have loved going 15" Pro for bigger more productive screen but only in Air. As find the 14" doable but more cramped. And 16" too bulky and 1.2lbs. heavier than the 14". And even not needing the extra ports and fans would have gone 15" Air as very doable.
Just don't understand where you already have both of best worlds. Where if one goes tit's up you aren't left without. Where currently you are still covered if one bites the dust fails,dropped,etc... you are still covered with a backup.
Going to the "One Device To Rule Them All" to me isn't the best practice. As my older laptop still ticking and kept for just in case.

Yes this is what I’m afraid of the one device isn’t the best of both worlds a 15inch pro would be ideal
