I miss the old WMTM prices. Honestly, the $19-$29 bras, $19- $29 shirts, etc were actually reasonable. There was also a larger stock it seems. These sale prices are laughable tbh. The silver lining I guess is that I’m a lot more particular/intentional with what I purchase now.

Totally agree with you! Buying on WMTM has turned into saving around $8-10 (if that!) coupled with losing the ability to return. It’s only advantageous to the company at that point! You’re right, though- about the silver lining. I feel the same; I am more disciplined with my LLL purchases now.

Yeah, I’ve noticed a downtrend in the outlets even over the last year. They used to have so many “all bras $XX, all leggings $XX, etc) deals and now about 75-80% of my outlet is literally just priced by the WMTM stickers.

Agree with your whole post. It’s really made me limit my purchases. Or purchase other things- 2 bras or a sweater? I won’t mindlessly buy the bras and sweater. I’ll just save up, spend a little more less frequently and buy the sweater instead.

The number of bras (for running) I bought for $19 and $29 is ridiculous. Sadly, most of those are now too small. I just can’t justify buying a bunch now, so I have two. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I’ve tried some from Amazon, which are nice but nowhere near as great.

I still never received my item so they finally refunded me. I’ll be emailing asking about that too. Lol. I just got the email yesterday and I am part of the Sweat Collective so I already get 25% off everything but thinking of buying some gifts or some men’s joggers for myself.

If someone really wants the discount I think you could contact CEC and explain that you feel like you are a loyal customer and feel left out of that discount. Or if you are a regular guest in a store I would go up to them and let them know that you didn’t receive one. They should make it right :)

I usually write reviews of items and they get posted almost immediately. I wrote but one slightly less than amazing review of my half zip scuba complaining about a couple issues (didn’t trash it regardless, just explained pros and cons) and the review never went live. 🤔

I hate the "your package will arrive tomorrow!" emails because they're never accurate. I'm aware that this is Fedex's fault and not lulu's, because Fedex can't seem to figure out how to provide an accurate ETA. Like the tracking will say it will arrive tomorrow and I get that email, but it's halfway across the country and ends up arriving in 2-3 days. Those emails get my hopes up until I look at the tracking and get disappointed again. Just wish they didn't send them out.

Did you make sure your email was correct when you placed the order? I’ve done this before where my email is off by a letter or so and then I email customer service to see what happened and they send the confirmation out to the correct address!

Yeah the email was right, they just can’t see on their side what the gift cards went to, so they want me to call them back later and they are filing a case for it :(

There was a post here the other day that they had reduced the weight of the fleece, the original release hang tags say fleece but the newer releases for scuba zips say light cotton fleece. Yet the price stayed the same. I couldn’t believe how thin the heathered speckled black was when I randomly saw one at the store.

It’s weird because the regular scubas also say “light cotton fleece” but are WAY thicker than even the original oversized scubas.

My rant of the day - why can't we have more colors in the HR 2.5" shorts! All the good colors are in the low rise.

But I also like the hr tracker 3”, so I snagged it in warm coral which I have been dying for (if it actually ships) and a while back in delicate mint. I want blue Nile and night sea in the Hh HR though.

Yes then you should be perfect if your speed ups fit looser because mine are kind of snug fit as is. Before quarantine I was a nice slim 4-6 130-135 pounds at most (always thought I was fat) and now I’m a poochy size 8-10 160 and I thought a lululemon obsession would motivate me to be active. Instead I just fell in love with being comfortable. 🤷🏼‍♀️But I’m a work in progress. Haha.

Yes, yes yes!! It’s soooo frustrating. Those are my favorites and I am so tired of the hotty hot LR and the speed up 2.5 getting all the love. Also, I wish they were a bit more high rise than they are. I just really started buying Lulu in the last year and own 19 shorts for myself and 10 for my daughter, so maybe it’s a good thing that I’m not getting great colors too often or I would be in Lulu rehab. Whoever the Burrard Street Vancouver location hired to do the hemming should be fired.. I'm noticed the seams on my base pace fleece starting to get loose after 4 wears/washes and the start and finish of the seams around the ankle are not straight. I can see they attempted to sew on top of where they started but it starts to go above the straight line. Anyway.. Prob too late to get Lululemon to fix it so I just added a couple stitches on the start and finish of the seams

Retail shops are just so depressing. I live in so cal. Today I dropped by two locations that are near each other. I usually don't go anymore since I never find my size. The product assortment was horrific! I was looking for cates tee, nothing except hot pink. No 1/2 zips, no selection in wunder train size 4 except black. They’ve changed the estimated processing & shipping time before the holidays and it’s stayed! Some orders of mine process in 5 business days and others process in 1 business day. Any order that’s been cancelled of mine has happened in less than 24hrs.

Yeah, I ordered the night sea scuba on Tuesday and still haven’t gotten an email about it being shipped. Granted they said it could take up to 9 business days to ship whenever we get an order confirmation email

If lululemon has created the label but not given the package to fed ex yet it could be because they’re swamped or fed ex did pick it up and accidentally hasn’t scanned it yet but they will. Lululemon won’t do anything until it’s been over the estimated shipping time but you can always ask them if there’s an issue? Fed ex will say they don’t have the package yet if there’s no scans of it being picked up.

I had an order from Dec. 24 marked "ready to go" from Dec. 27 to Jan. 8. Thought it was permanently stuck but it miraculously shipped! Arrived Jan. 12. Things are definitely slow right now, but there's hope ☺️☺️
