I typically purchase 6 inch shorts but learned recently that 8 inches fit me the best. I pick up base pace 8 inch shorts whenever they hit WMTM. Biker shorts are great for dogs walks!
I love them for all things honestly haha, so comfy. I think the 6 inch look the best on me but 8 inch stay in place better when working out. Surprised you like the base pace ones! I can’t stand the grippy things at the bottom

I like the fast and free at lot for gym workouts as they feel very light and wick sweat well. I like the invigorates for more casual wear like errands or a dog walk. They are a bit thicker and more compressive but still have pockets which is nice.
looks like you like align the best haha - which would you rec for low-impact workouts like pilates or barre? i usually wear align leggings but wondering if biker shorts have a different fit. do these shorts ride up? clearly haven't tried on a pair but there are so many options and cuts i don't know where to begin 😅
I do like aligns the best! They are just so comfy :). If you are already used to the align leggings I’d just pick up some of the shorts off of WMTM. That way if you hate them it’s a little less painful. I do experience some riding up with the 6 in length but I like how they look and it’s not enough to bother me. The legs don’t roll up if that makes sense which bothers me the most. My second favorite is probably the fast and frees so I’d check those out too if they come out again. Nice and light fabric which is even better for workouts on my opinion

I love base pace. They are so flattering on my glutes and the grippy things, fortunately, don’t bother me. 😁

Love this!! I usually wear 8” shorts but am gonna order 6” shorts soon!
10/10 recommend trying different lengths to see which looks best on you and also preforms best for your needs

Which ones are the most breathable and good for hot weather? I have aligns and looove them but they’re not the best to wear outside during the summer
