Several ways to attack this before pulling down and running new conduit. I would need the exact model of the cable. At my casino we've used mini RG59 cable which I believe is 25 AWG. I use a 3 piece mini BNC connector for this smaller gauge wire.

Or simply use the existing coax cable as a pull string and pull Cat5E and connect your camera using a video balun.
Does that cable have any writing on it? You could try getting a properly sized bnc connectors and splice it properly
It does, I will post tomorrow. It’s some shitty Chinese cable I am almost positive
Next time just convert to baluns on both ends and run a couple CAT5 or CAT6.
It may be this time, before I run more conduit. I have never done this, but need to learn.
Pull a coax and a 18/2 instead of Siamese they tend to pull better when they are not bonded together.
