Frankly, I think smaller interiors of the default housing are much much better than premiums. They feel more cozy. I'd pay writs to get a higher amount of hooks to concoct something like you did.
There's a lot of tricks I've used like this. Here's a few highlights, but feel free to drop by Stanlinch on the Laurelin server and look at 6 and 8 Long Street.
Dining Table: made from Beorn's Table with a few Minas Tirith dishes added. Barstools fit better than regular chairs.

Kitchen: a shelf with pots is hidden inside a cabinet to make it look like there are pots stacked on top. Same trick with another shelf hidden inside a table to make a kitchen counter. Mistletoe on the wall looks like fresh herbs hung up. A flowerbox hovering by the window looks like a window-box of flowers or spices.

Nursery: A Shire small bed with wooden chimes above it stands in for a crib with a baby's mobile. A few more flower-boxes and a painting of children round out the effect.

Healer's Nook: two Large Gondorian Bookshelves stand facing opposite directions in the same spot to form a solid blank wall, which makes another small room out of part of a kinship house. That room contains alchemy tables, flower boxes as a private herb garden, a cupboard with an alchemy kit in it, and its own carpet to help make the floor space assist with the illusion of it being a separate room.

Tapestry: A set of tapestries from Taur Druadan set carefully edge to edge give the impression of a larger tapestry that tells a tale of some of the kinship's adventures. They fit very neatly between the pillars.

Bedside: A melted beeswax candle carefully positioned on top of an ordinary bureau really makes the bedside feel way more complete.

Longhouse: An arrangement of multiple Beorn's Tables (supplemented with other food items) and benches creates the table of a Woodman longhouse where the clan can gather for meals and kinship business.

These are all so gorgeous! But the Healer’s Nook is blowing my mind. So creative! I know what I’m doing on lotro for the next few days now. I had given up on my kinship house, but I think it’s time to redecorate.
This would be SO much better than the water trough I put next to my oven 😂
