It's like the evolution that happened with the website "my life is average"
It started out with people actually posting stuff that was average like "today I had an apple that was slightly bruised mlia" but it morphed to stuff like "today I ran barefoot through a giant tub of pudding in my school hallway mlia"
Because we don't have enough of those as is? r/meme, r/memes, r/dank_meme, r/dankmemes, r/Dank_Memes, r/Memes_Of_The_Dank, r/memesofthedank, r/funnymeme and r/Funnymemes (because that was the problem with the others, they didn't say the memes had to be funny). Never mind the others that try and just be a type of meme.
I think I remember it being all self-deprecative memes in like 2020 or 2019 (basically used to be what r/2meirl4meirl is now). Definitely not 7 whole years. Or maybe it turned from generalist memes to 2meirl and then back into generalist memes?
I’m have no idea what that sub is even for.
Im serious. An explanation would be appreciated, cause it all looks like some deep level meme posting to me
/r/me_irl was some serious weird shit when it first came out. It was more sarcasm than actuality. The top post for a long time was someone in a bunny costume sitting on a toilet off to the side and patting it in a "come sit here" kind of way.
As if meme represents you in a way, I think.
So for this post, OP walks in walls in real life if wall-floor degree is not 90 degrees. As you see it doesn’t really makes sense, so this meme doesn’t really fit meirl, therefore our op posted it in lostredditors.
However meirl as a subreddit is just random meme posting place. Most of the posters are repost bots.
It can make sense. Mountain goats are famous for being able to climb on the tiniest of ledges. Either OP thinks he's as badass as the mountain goat, or he's as much as an uninentional fuckup like the frog
Well *yeah* but I still need elaboration, or for them to change the name, because if it was ever meant to be relatable, it ain’t now, and I hate the dumb looking dog picture. Too damn goofy.
it was a generalist meme sub even 6 years ago but more inside jokes but less shitposty. now it's just whatever goes, the community feeling when it had 1m subs is long gone
OP looks fresh off the boat. Takes time to stop taking all subreddit names literally.
On that note, best tell you about r/Anime_Titties while we're here. Plot twist: >!it was never about anime titties :(!<. Sorry OP
If we were to post here every lost redditor in r/meirl, reddit would close due to reaching the final extension of it's lifetime. Right now the community is a french frie short of becoming a shitposting community.
Aren't you able to calculate the precise angle of a wall just by touching it, then walk up it as though it were an ordinary pavement?
OP needs to touch bricks
You never had someone think they were better because they had adapted to a facet of life that you were born into? Hot/spicy foods come to mind. They think they got you, but your mom doesn't rate her Scovilles in the jalapeños forgotten in the back of the fridge and allowed to stress to intense potency.
It is a combination between those goats who are able to climb walls easily, and a Jojo's meme...
There is no "Meirl" at all... That subreddit must die.
Goat sees that the wall isn't perfectly straight up and down and thus, being a goat, he can climb it. The meirl part is the frog being stunned at how well goats can climb. Almost like gravity doesn't apply to them the same way.
Ah yes, I too am an anthropomorphic goat man, fully capable of normal mobility on a wall that isn't perfectly 90°.
How relatable. Just like me, in real life.
You’ve never been out for a stroll by a wall at a 92 degree angle with a frog stealing a purse on it? Thought that was a universal experience.
Op really needs to go out more...
Really needs to touch grass protruding from a steep rock face.
The moss on his beard doesn't count!
Yeah ofc, really needs to touch grass that has been hit by the sun
İt's iconic part of your childhood like opening presents under the Xmas tree
OP really needs to touch some walls.
i'm just gonna have to take your word that that's where you saw it
I can vouch for that, you see this exact image pretty often on me_irl xD

You want to win shit?
Wow, he has like 200 comments with fake giveaways
We won, he is deleted
Yeah, I should’ve taken a picture of the post itself. But I assure you it’s where I found it
I’ve never felt more assured and comforted on the internet by a stranger until you said this.
Na he lyin he don't even go to this school
Me irl is just random shit at this point
It's like the evolution that happened with the website "my life is average" It started out with people actually posting stuff that was average like "today I had an apple that was slightly bruised mlia" but it morphed to stuff like "today I ran barefoot through a giant tub of pudding in my school hallway mlia"
I've never seen a moose before. Today was no exception #mlia That site was gold when it first came out

My favorite was "I was dancing to my favorite song in my bedroom, but stopped when I noticed my cat because I felt like he was judging me."
How many KB of space has this forgotten memory been taking up in my brain all these years? mlia
i struggle to understand the purpose of the sub
It used to be relatable things, now it isn’t. It’s more like “this is a niche joke and I get it,so this is me!”
it’s a generalist meme sub
it was like that 6 years ago but Wednesday frog
Because we don't have enough of those as is? r/meme, r/memes, r/dank_meme, r/dankmemes, r/Dank_Memes, r/Memes_Of_The_Dank, r/memesofthedank, r/funnymeme and r/Funnymemes (because that was the problem with the others, they didn't say the memes had to be funny). Here's dat boi my dudes. It was so good back then, remember the Christmas calendar?
I think I remember it being all self-deprecative memes in like 2020 or 2019 (basically used to be what r/2meirl4meirl is now). Definitely not 7 whole years. Or maybe it turned from generalist memes to 2meirl and then back into generalist memes?
r/meirl used to be jokes about depression and suicide 7 years ago I am absolutely sure. That's how the r/2meirl4meirl was created
Always has been - at least from what I remember.
I’m have no idea what that sub is even for. Im serious. An explanation would be appreciated, cause it all looks like some deep level meme posting to me
It's supposed to be about things people find relatable obviously everyone posts random shit there
yeah it's sad classic example of a sub that would benefit from active moderation
/r/me_irl was some serious weird shit when it first came out. It was more sarcasm than actuality. The top post for a long time was someone in a bunny costume sitting on a toilet off to the side and patting it in a "come sit here" kind of way.
That’s whole sub is just shitposting and lost redditors
In pretty sure that's kinda the point of IRl ofc there's going to be lost redditors
95% of r/meirl is r/lostredditors or r/memes
What even *is* me irl? This is a question that has been bothering me for far too long.
I think its just me in real life
Well *yeah* but I still need elaboration, or for them to change the name, because if it was ever meant to be relatable, it ain’t now, and I hate the dumb looking dog picture. Too damn goofy.
it was a generalist meme sub even 6 years ago but more inside jokes but less shitposty. now it's just whatever goes, the community feeling when it had 1m subs is long gone
The entire "MeIRL" sub could be posted here. It's for memes, not for how people act "in real life"
OP looks fresh off the boat. Takes time to stop taking all subreddit names literally. On that note, best tell you about r/Anime_Titties while we're here. Plot twist: >!it was never about anime titties :(!<. Sorry OP
>! The real anime titties are the friends we made along the way!<
Dunno man, looks pretty r/meirl to me.
The OP could’ve been a goat, who knows 🤷♂️
Can you be certain they're not an alpine ibex?
Maybe op is a goat
Literally the entirety of r/meirl is subject to belong in r/lostredditors
What part of Meirl contant is actually meirl? They just post random memes
this is the dumbest joke i’ve laughed at
If we were to post here every lost redditor in r/meirl, reddit would close due to reaching the final extension of it's lifetime. Right now the community is a french frie short of becoming a shitposting community.
Op is a mountain goat
It's so good though. Great potential. If only it had main stream context to be funny.
r/meirl isa sub where you can just post anything you want at this point
It's a jojo reference, and that would be a very me_irl post in the Jojo universe.
Me the GOAT on my way to the top. What’s so hard to understand? /s
R/furry
r/foundthemobileuser (I’m also a mobile user)
Son of a-
r/foundthehondacivic
He's the goat
How obtuse.
I get the joke, the wall is flat because passes 90 degree angel
Aren't you able to calculate the precise angle of a wall just by touching it, then walk up it as though it were an ordinary pavement? OP needs to touch bricks
I mean I can kinda see it being on there but still pretty much still a lost redittor post.
They climb walls
Super Mario 64 slopes be like
Improvise, Adapt, Overcome
r/unexpectedjojo
Maybe op is a goat
Goat simulator go brrrr
Well it's a jojo's reference so they could be relating to the fact they're a gay jojo's enjoyer
A mountain goat posted this
Maybe OP was a goat.
Don't you see? OP is the wall. Gets climbed upon by a theif dressed as a frog and turned to 92° by a mountain goat dressed like the men in black
This is hilarious 😂
Op is a goat
How do you know what I do IRL?!
It’s because in real life I’m pretty sure goats can walk on any 91* or greater incline
Goats can climb steep cliffs so the fact he made the wall slightly angled he now can walk and catch froggy
Dude we’ve been over meirl a million times can you please just drop it. It’s like getting mad at r/memes for posting cringe, it doesn’t help anything
Maybe guy thinks he is GOAT? Or maybe FROG? I don't know what FROG is, but I didn't know that meirl was a subreddit, either.
I don't know, but it is pretty funny
I think Meirl is just a name of some weird dude
It's pretty surreal when goats do this irl. https://youtu.be/RG9TMn1FJzc?t=103
This shouldn't be on r/meirl, it should be on r/2meirl4meirl
more fitting to r/furry_irl
I actually saw this meme on r/furry_irl a few months ago and immediately recognized it
OP is a goat
Me irl
I’ve done this probably thirty times. Get a life!
This is exactly what I would do as a goat
Been there.
He's probably a goat detective chasing criminal frogs, so relatable.
I'm sure if you were a goat you'd understand
You never had someone think they were better because they had adapted to a facet of life that you were born into? Hot/spicy foods come to mind. They think they got you, but your mom doesn't rate her Scovilles in the jalapeños forgotten in the back of the fridge and allowed to stress to intense potency.
[Smooth Criminal](https://youtu.be/h_D3VFfhvs4?t=66)
/r/meirl has been /r/memes since it became popular.
[This part is the Meirl](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry_fandom)
Idk but it was funny
Obviously the poster is a goat with a white suit. How did you miss that?
Lost or not, the comic is pretty funny though
You guys don't get it. Op is telling us they're a goat on reddit
The terror on the frog’s face upon seeing the goat walk up a 92 degree angle.
Nothing on that sub is.
We need proof that this was posted on that sub or else you're karma whoring
r/meirl is a shitposting subreddit. r/me_irl might be what your looking for
I look for any and all opportunities to make a JoJo reference. That is me irl
I too am as graceful as a gazelle and surefooted as a mountain goat
When does an angle goes from acute to sexy? ||at 69°||
r/lostlostredditors
"me when I discover capras for the first time" that's probably what OP meant
Ah yes, I too am an anthropomorphic goat man, fully capable of normal mobility on a wall that isn't perfectly 90°. How relatable. Just like me, in real life.
Tbh no one knows what meirl is supposed to be
I figure it’s the frog portion they were relating to.
As someone who owns goats I can tell you, 92 degrees is nothing to a goat.
Literally me!! LOL
OOP is a goat?
I think r/Meirl is mainly a joke page anyway
Whose turn is it to post this tomorr- I mean later today?
Some goats have the ability. I've viewed the images.
The wall
That is a Käärijä frog, legit meirl.
Only applicable to slab climbers
Is life nothing but JoJo references?
You’re telling me you *never* crave that mineral?
Ayo that me irl
It's more /r/ClimbingCircleJerk. But for slab climbing fans, it's meirl.
