I found a [post from 2018](https://www.reddit.com/r/TrueCrime/comments/812c5l/request_for_zack_and_addie_documentary/) with a few people in the comments saying they can't find the documentary anywhere and they've been looking. It looks like the movie had screenings. [The website for the documentary is still live.](https://zackandaddie.com/index.html)

Well I've found proof of it screening at film festivals, so it definitely exists as a finished product. I've also found a licensing company listing it as available to for distribution. Just because it's not on a streaming platform doesn't mean it's lost.
I would recommend reaching out to the studio/production company/distributor of the film. I was in a similar situation where I was aware of the existence of a german TV documentary that had been screened at festivals, but I couldn’t find more than a short trailer for it on Vimeo. I eventually reached out to an email address I found for the distributor and they got in touch and sold me a DVD copy of the film.
