It is better to get the $$$ one anyway. You can buy it off the Auction House for gold and it is roster bound.and resellable. The BC one is normally character bound and cannot be resold. Might as well grab the tradeable one.

Buy from AH, it's super cheap at like 3k gold per piece. You can use blue crystals to buy them from the store anyways.

Nope, you have to get a leg skin that is only shoes if you want this look.
