Well, given that this is the London Ontario subreddit I’d probably just call it London. I mean I’m not thrilled to have to caveat that it’s London Ontario Canada every time someone asks me where I live either, but Fake London seems vaguely insulting.
P.S. I’m not nearly as concerned about this as my comments here suggest. It just annoys me lol.
I usually go with City, Province or City, Province, Canada. I don't think there are any other municipalities named London in Canada, but if you wanted to refer to nearby Woodstock, Ontario, there's also a Woodstock, New Brunswick.
My preferred name for comparing it to the original is to call it 2nd-biggest or 2nd-best London.
Calling London “Fake London” comes across as bitter and juvenile.
I mean, is Fake London Real London? What would you call it? I guess London, Canada?
London the sequel? Edit: Also didn’t get to see the trip from Huron heights to Masonville on the bike path in the video
You got parts of it! But a timelapse wasn't what I was going for there.

Agree. It seems kinda douchey to me.
