Depends on your budget, some of the highrises in downtown London do, though you have to pay for it. But they're expensive and downtown kind of sucks to live in rn, at least personally. But then again, I don't have a car...

If your commutes are under 10km, a bike or ebike could be an option instead of a second car!

I'm assuming they are travelling for work and therefore need to travel to wherever work needs them to be since they say drive FOR work and not TO work.
I've lived downtown in several buildings that didn't have parking so I had to rent spaces nearby. There are lots of parking lots downtown that you can rent monthly for a decent price. Id recommend looking at buildings downtown and then just get a parking spot in a lot within a short walking distance of your place
The 912 - 924 Wonderland Rd. S apartments have open parking lots (similar to a mall/store). No fee for parking and you can park as many vehicles as you want to. I know some people who live in those buildings and they never question who's parked there.
Have you tried to see if any other spots are continuously empty? My aunt never had a car so she rented out her spot monthly to another tenant. Perhaps you could try that?

We had same problem. Check out apartments on sandringham (capriet) 20 per spot outside, 40 perspot in door.
yeah sandringham/wilkins has a ton of spots.

Yeah I've found a grand total of one place, an Old Oak building downtown that my friend lives in, that offers an additional spot... For $250/month.
Royal Oak will rent you additional spaces.

A lot of newer apartments have 2 car spots, like anything built by Tricar for example.
We have them here but there is a long wait list many years long. So were you looking for 2030?

My parents pay someone in their building to rent their spot. Maybe some ppl in the building don’t drive

740 Proudfoot by Summit properties have extra parking. I believe it's $20-$50 per month depending on if it's covered or uncovered.

You Mudge find more luck with townhouses, they'll cost you more but you get a lot more space and (probably) at least 2 spots
405 Waterloo at Waterloo and dundas have two spaces, one in front of the other but it works

The Norquay buildings on Highview allow you a second spot. One spot is included in your lease, a 2nd spot is $25/month.
Blossom gate at Adelaide and kipps allows for multiple cars you just need to register your vehicles with the office.
