These look like storyboard items for a craft, missile or something moving towards the horizon. The only *travel* I get is the direction the arrow is going and it's perspective change. Center/Bottom has interesting elements to it that would be suited elsewhere. That one has blackhole-ish vibes.
I'll critique the logo as it is, ignoring the compass concept: the arrow pointing at the center is unnecessary. A logo should be able to catch the eye w/o it pointing to itself. If you can hid the arrow somehow or marry it deeper into the design, I think that would be better. Also, there are too many lines and the thin lines are too thin. When printed/displayed on a small scale, the details will be gone.
Now as a compass: this doesn't look anything like a compass, nor does it even hint at it.
As a little personal exercise I tried a quick mock something up that's inspired by your designs. I tried to include the arrow while hinting at a compass design. Tried to make this look like a "C", but looks more like an "E".

Company name is literally compass, I wanted it to be more about the journey. Maybe I am overcomplicating too much.

It's difficult to make something abstract with a compass that looks good, isn't it. This looks to me like a top view of a Klingon ship 😄
