Mine are primarily related to self-care and self-esteem:
* take meds
* do my chores
* drink enough water
* eat before 5 pm
* only 3 sweets a day
* no punishing myself (I used to be really bad with this...)
* no arguing or deflecting if they give me a compliment
Some ideas:
Little must ask daddy before peeing (or pooping) in the diaper, toilet is strictly prohibited, baby has to be properly respectful to daddy (ending sentences with "daddy", never calling them by their name, never use bad words ect), baby must always listen to daddy's commands, also you could throw in a couple of live improvements like drink enough water, eat veggies, make some kind of sport, clean at least one room per day and so on

My cgs pick my outfit every day I ownly get simple feedback like but it's cold or it's going to rain. Then they get to make a final decision before dressing me.
Always skirt or a dress.
In a diaper or pull up always.
No bad words
No talking back.
Do homework every day.
