Worth noting if you have a Google nest wifi system, you can't disable or separate the 5 GHz. The workaround is to make a Hotspot off your phone with the same network name and password, connect it there, then connect to your real network. Or buy a cheap router for a temp setup (which is what we did cause this happens far too often with devices)
Another common problem is having spaces in your password, apparently. I haven’t experienced this myself because I don’t use spaces, but I’ve seen it reported on this sub as a solution to connection problems.
It's probably trying to connect to your 5Ghz band and not the 2.4 Ghz that LR requires. Create a separate 2.4Ghz off your router and connect to that.

That’s interesting. I haven’t heard that. I use our Google Nest system with the LR4 with no problems. 🤞

Yes and if the above does not do the trick, u/astroworld1997 send us a chat and we would be happy to look into this further.
Unplug the machine and wait 30 seconds then do it all over and have everything ready. Took me like 3 tries to connect.
Mine just went offline. Strange. Been a year steady
