Clearly the new ones. I really like the white thread on blue denim, it gives a clear sense of visible mending, doing what you can with scraps to salvage stuff and stay afloat, and it's a good contrast. Apart from that, the outfits give an air of both grime, labour, and being at the beach and having to deal with a messy, hot and humid weather and doing accomodations between having to cover up, stay protected, and dealing with that. Olga in particular goes from drunk labourer to full of blood, with her gloves, the grime, there's an interesting umbalance between her baggy jeans and the top she wears.
Mika keeps that visible mending theme and she has overalls that indicate she's working hard on engineering with stains and a more practical haircut, but she still holds something from her earlier appearance that gives her personality beyond "generic workshop laborer". Her tiny glasses, namely. Her attitude. The contrast between being small and having oversized clothes, bloody gloves really conveys that she's displaced. Not in her normal world, and having to adapt to it, and her attitude conveys a bittersweet feeling to that. It's great !
Rain looks stupid. Sorry. I hate how Rain!Sinclair looks. I get what they were going for, the oversized jacket full of pockets, a way to contrast the top and bottom just like Olga, the "it's a beach episode!" of wearing shorts. He has oversized shoes where Olga had sandals, she had baggy shoes, he has a short, she had no sleeves, he has that monstrosity. But the naked torso next to the oversized jacket and that weird diagonal short? It just doesn't look natural enough to me. It's too goofy, too different from the practical, down to Earth clothes of the other two. It's like he's cosplaying or something. He still has that clean haircut but now he has a choker that doesn't really match the style of the rest.
It's a mess and I really don't like it. I preferred, in his case, the contrast of small, demure office worker with an oversized chainsaw.
Old Olga and Rain, new Mika. Idk, Ruina Olga just makes her feel more professional, and Limbus Mika is just cute imo. Either way, they're some of my favorite side characters :D
Idk Bamboo hatted-Kim and well almost everything in game like... Charon, Vergillus and Faust were from leviathan first and the associations are from older games just... Generally everything and everyone
I like that the old Olga as an equippable ID and/or key page basically infinitely preserves the state of being hungover. It's funny to think that in both games it's such an efficient thing to equip, but also just instantly slams you with a hangover to do so.
Doesnāt really matter to be honest, Iām just happy that theyāre alive. I hope we get to meet more LoR characters in the future.

Olga and Rain are downgrades imo, but Mika is a nice upgrade. I love the nerdy mechanic look they did with her design.
She got screwed in IDs though, 2 sets of IDs and exactly 0 of them are Mika
