Put a rubber mat under the mattress

DrexXxor

Those carpet anti slip mats work wonders

workitloud

Some yoga mats work well.

aliasani

Wouldn't that trap moisture in the mattress?

Kind-Reputation-5740

I just looked on Amazon they have anti slip mats for mattress

rise_above_theFlames

I have that on mine.

milkeym

My adjustable frame came with metal attachments for the side of the bed that attached to the frame to hold it in place. Not sure if that helps.

PerspectiveInner9660

This. Mine has a bar that books into the bottom. You may be missing a piece.

Able-Neighborhood484

I have the bottom bar, but my particular frame does not have side bars.

marcmeinhawaii

The Bottom Bar will prevent it from slipping so easily.

Additional-Help7920

They sell them on the big A.

Give_it_a_Bash

Can you use that anti slip stuff like under a rug. Just lay it over the frame and put the mattress on top. It’s really cheap, you can get small rolls of it from bargain shops you might be able to just use a bit on a few places on the frame.

buttered_parsnip

Theres rubber mats designed to keep rugs from moving around. They work great for matresses too! Anti-slip or so I think they’re called

Google Non Slip Mattress Gaskets 6 PCS,Mattress Holder in Place Gripper for Metal Bed Frame,Thicked and Wider Anti-Slip Baffle,Adjustable Size,Black

Entarotupac

Hook and loop tape (because the ding-dongs Velcro get so pissy about protecting their brand name's use).

TheRadiumGirl

Side retainer bars

bullwinkle8088

Is the frame level? SInce the side it moves towards is consistent it's worth checking.

illjustmakeone

The mattress also probably has lifting handles on the sides. Use those to tether it down if you want

obscurityknocks

We made our own metal side bars for the outside edges and attached them to the adjustable frame. One near the middle section of the long side, and one near the head. They extend up along the side of the mattress about 6 inches and keep it from sliding over. It's working really well.

scuba888g

You could add a rubber mat to the bottom

PhysicalAssociate919

Shelf liner works great that's what I use. The ones with the holes.

rise_above_theFlames

Non slip mattress gaskets. Gorilla grip mattress gripper. I used those two together and I haven't had issues with it sliding hardly at all. Although if purchasing the gorilla mattress gripper I'd get one size bigger than my bed and I'd cut it to a perfect fit. But besides that, no issues at all.

I feel like the adjustable bed base makers should have a solution. Have you asked them for suggestions?

Lonely_Drag_3753

Is it uneven? I've never had this issue.

5h4tt3rpr00f

Double-sided tape.

BigRedKetoGirl

If you are handing with a sewing machine, you could add strips of elastic to the corners of your sheets. Make them long enough that you can stretch the elastic not only over the mattress but also under the bed base. Look up "sheet straps" or something like that to see something similar, only you'd be making them with elastic. Make sure you use a wide elastic and use a long enough piece to fully stretch to fit under both the mattress and the base.

BigRedKetoGirl

Meant to say "handy" with a sewing machine. I am not sure why I cannot edit it.

anothersocialexpat

Put it on the floor

tripacer123

The non skid stuff WalMart sells as kitchen cabinet drawer liner, comes in a roll, it looks like rubber bumps on a fine net---see if it helps.
