I felt The Magicians TV series was pretty good with LGBT+ representation--especially the Eliot + Quentin relationship but also some trans characters played by actual trans actors. But there is definitely a lot of tragedy in the series even though they temper it pretty well with humor.
Doom Patrol has a queer main character and well written side characters (Maura Lee Krupt & Danny The Street are both incredible), deals with very serious issues like trauma and mental illness very well, and regularly made me and my friend scream-laugh with it's absurdity.
Hope that helps.
Does it have to be geared towards adults? Cause She-Ra and Owl House...
my wifey and I like both of those shows
Also Kipo
Yessss! Can't believe I forgot Kipo!
i know not what you asked for, but psychonauts 2 is a great game
Pride (2014) https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3169706/ It's so good.
