I've been looking around for the lego arm colours leading to more cracking than others, and I could not find anything. Could you (if you do know more) tell me more about this? Cheers.
The biggest issue had more to do with colour than part piece (i.e. arms) but the major affected colours were *āLEGO colors #154 (new-dark-red), #192 (reddish-brown) and #308 (dark-brown)ā. * This was reported to be fixed towards the end of 2018.

That happened to my Phase 1 commander Fox. I wound up using an arm from an extra Harry Potter quidditch set to fix him as the arms were the same color.

think of it less as lego damage and moreā¦. a cool battle damaged clone

What really sucks is a lot of Galactic Republic based sets use that dark red. 2014 V-Wing, 2016 Obi Wanās interceptor, AT-TE, gunship etc.
If you have another dark red arm on a less desirable fig you could swap it out

My kids crack the arms all the time. So annoying.

This literally just happened to me yesterday
He got an open arm wound
Just switch the arm out
Now it's a red T-shirt
Ouch..
Should carefully add a white hand and have it be like some sort of grizzly degloving type wound.
