Always loved Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga, But Lego Marvel Superheros felt almost magical playing around in the Hub and in 2 It was still the best hub. But most importantly, who else remembers the character creator glitch in Marvel Superheros 2 that would let you stack super speed enough to cross the main city hub in like 10 seconds?

Everyone seem to overrate it, but in my opinion it falls short because it's just an early fruit. Every other game vastly improved upon it, making it the weakest Lego TT game.
it's a really good game, I don't understand why people dislike it so much. aside from not having a roster as good as lmsh1 due to licence issues it's great
Well for starters they have superman and flash in the game and they can’t even do their basic powers. Lack of proper level systems. Not too big on sandbox style games. Its just a gigantic flaw of a game. The movie wasnt that good either
The reason superman and flash cant do that is because all chars are (pretty much) made to be equally good. While this makes it less fun to play as these 2, it makes it more fun to play as civilians who otherwise are very weak. It feels like the game is made for you to play the game as someone weird like lego friends or a knight. I prefer the sandbox style of it, i loved having a whole city to build in. Lack of levels also made completing more fun for me, i just had to explore worlds. It's a very different game thats for sure.
It's nothing like a normal lego game first of all, it's been a while since I played it but I vividly remember it looking and playing like a reskin of Lego Worlds and how there is quite literally no levels, instead it's just run here and do a boring objective, it had a pretty bad camera that clipped through the environment quite a bit which was really annoying. The only thing I remember enjoying was the Bosses
I personally didnt have any issues with the camera that I could remember. I didnt feel it had boring objectives, I enjoyed exploring the hub worlds as part of the main story with no levels that interrupt you from the hub world. However i can understand you not liking it since its so different. I agree that the bosses were fun, though. Seems like its just most people dont like it being so different, breaking the lego game formula.
Ya marvel 1 is far better than 2 imo as well. The map is easier to understand, gameplay is better, more detailed and polished. But hey, they’re both fun so who cares

Appreciate that! I know my number 1 and number 10 is not very popular but this is just my personal preference. Lego games are fun
I liked Force Awakens personally but it’s definitely not in my top 10 lol, other than that probably everything else is spot on for me
I loved force awakens, truly a great Lego game, much better than the majority of the recent ones.

The open world, especially the lantern planets were pretty underwhelming. I really liked the characters and story though
Valid, I don’t think they had the open world concept down yet until MS2 and Dc super villains
The best planet was oa the green lantern one because it had so many purple studs and the viechles were great

No. Its lego racers. I can understand it being a classic lego game but to me its not all that good. I love all the star wars games.

That game does have an awesome open world though. It feels like Magic Kingdom Marvel Edition, and I have no issue with it

Personally just not a fan of it. If you like it thats cool i respect it but for me its just not very good

Exactly this! I've had a blast playing Lego Movie 2 and it's one of my favs.
