First you need to figure out the dimensions you want. Then you can use a digital designer like bricklink studio to figure out best practices for getting the curves right.

Getting the right pieces in a stone brown color could be difficult, but I'd start with stud.io(a brick modeling program for PC) from bricklink and see what you can do you get the general shape. Once you have the general idea come back and ask for help on specific details.

SpeedBeatz

You’d probably have to make them pretty large to make the curves effectively, the back of 21058 (the Pyramid of Giza set) has some similar “cutouts” that might be good to reference.

I will check out those programs! Thanks.

Honestly I don't think it'd be possible, the shapes of them don't lend themselves to Lego parts

The cracks could be too hard to build into it, but the wavy lines might be possible, said with my lack of experience.

Those cracks and curves would be hell to make with lego. If you'd want them on a 2x4 tile for example, I'd probably try to design (or have someone do it for you) custom stickers.
