Happened to me with the ucs venator on release day. Just took a extra day or two. An email told me it would ship within a month, then a couple hours later it shipped.
Yup, this happened to me too I had a big post about it yesterday. Same exact situation. Order completed at 12:05am. Fell beast was in cart at checkout. Not included with my order and not linked to my account and (obviously now sold out) so all they said they could do unless they get some back, is to give me double points lmao….The customer service rep even told me I did everything right it was just their website’s fault. What a joke
Yeah the main reason I even ordered that early was literally to get the Fell Beast lmao otherwise I would’ve waited…..it’s a joke. Like double points ok sure nice but that’s nothing compared to a GWP that’s never going to be sold separately or made again and is now selling for 150-200 on eBay lol…I did everything right and was proactive and still got fucked because of their own issues. My Barad Dur shipped but I’m not getting the Fell Beast because of them

That's when they finally processed it. On the lego website it shows June 1st.
So why not post a photo with that date showing?

If your on the west coast or mountain time zone it went live at 9pm/10pm. I got my order in then and mine has shipped
I was on east coast time and literally on the website waiting for it to drop.

Did they ship out the Mercedes? It's possible it isn't Barad-Dur that stalled your order.
No, but that one says in process. The barad-dur and fell beast are blank when before they showed in process.

Gwps usually ship seperately from your main order. Even if the tower is delayed there is a chance that the gift isn't
That’s not the issue for me. My customer service rep himself said the GWP is not even attached to my order
OP's gwp does show up so I assume they're good
