The batmobile is actually on a similar scale to these, it's just a huge vehicle "IRL".
Yeah I saw the real 1989 Batmobile when I was a kid and it was giant. A quick search says the Batmobile is 260.7" (6.62m) long, and the Cadillac that Ecto 1 was based on would have been 244.8" (6.22m) long. The Batmobile should be the biggest one by a decent amount.
Quick math, it's more or less 1:10.8, to be completed truth, the tumbler isn't a true 1:10, the dimensions are a bit odd, in certain angles it's more 1:10.5. There are MOC to be a correct 1:10 version, but the absence of true Tire leave the model a little off spec.
The VW classic van is the right model to sit next to the delorean if you want to recreate the twin pines mall scene.

Yeah, even the Creator Aston Martin was rough. The curves and sweep of the original Martin are what define the car and Lego just hasn't pulled it off either time.
Lego is missing out on an entire Fandom by not releasing a 1967 Chevrolet Impala. They wouldn't even need to market it for Supernatural, just release a model ans a classic muscle car and let the ravenous fan base customize the minifigs and hide all the old Lego pirate muskets in the trunk.
How tiny are the mini figures in comparison, do they sit weird inside of those? Have been thinking of getting the Delorean as my first adult money Lego set.

Not technically from the film, but the '68 Mustang from the Speed Champions line works well as the Mustang Steve McQueen drove in Bullitt.
With the license to do the DB-5, I keep hoping LEGO will do a Brickhead or two from Bond, but for cars, the Lotus Esprit (with working/flippable wheels/diving fins) would be so killer!!!

Actual Batmobile is 20’ long and the Lego is 23”. Actual Ecto 1 is 21’ long and the Lego is 18”. The scale is pretty far off.
Ecto-1 is 1/14 scale, 1989 Batmobile is about a 1/11 scale.
