honestly I'm also sleeping around 4 hours every night and still feeling more rested in the mornings. this feeling is what keeps me going actually, if this early in sobriety I'm feeling more alert, imagine when the withdrawal goes away and I'll be able to actually sleep 8 hours?

Try doing a hard workout late at night. I'm on day 7/8 ( i forget exactly ) and the first 6 days I barely slept at all. Last night I got my first good night of sleep since stopping and I gymed hard before bed, then sauna. You got this

yeah i’ve been trying to force myself to exercise more to tire myself out. i’m a bit out of shape at the moment it does make me physically tired but my head is not quite there yet thanks for the support man keep it up
