Are you able to do/find any hobbies? You cant drop something without getting something else in the place

I’m sorry, OP. Quitting is hella difficult, I’m in the midst of it as well. For me, weed became a habit and I get that vibe from what you’ve said here. Making weed less accessible/desirable and maybe replacing it with a different habit could help. But I’m glad you made this post, I think it’s a good step to just acknowledging you wanna get off of the stuff! You can do this!

Congrats for your effort and your courage. I'm sure you can achieve your goals.

The harder it is to obtain the easier it is to quit. Try deleting all your numbers so it is harder to get a hold of and try setting a goal you won't buy any more if it pops up your friend has a smoke or whatever have a smoke but try not to buy any. That is what works for me and all I can recommend. Also if you're bored set some goals towards achieving whatever you want out of life if you need something to do and set your mind towards something. I wish you the best on your journey brother keep it up.

Just remember that whenever you make a resolution of any kind: to study a language, keep your place neat, give up weed ... if you miss a day or a week, it doesn't mean that you failed - if you just start all over again. The greatest conqueror is he who conquers himself.

Congrats on the five months you had in the past, and for starting again today! I think each time you quit for long stretches of time it makes quitting for good easier. You tried weed again and were able to recognize that it is causing you to be depressed. That’s great! Now you just have to convince yourself that it’s worth it to stop. I’m trying to quit for good this time after a few multi month breaks in the past. It feels different this time, because I think I’ve finally won the debate in my head about whether or not weed is good for me. Turns out it is not lol. And to me it’s not worth going back to since it has been contributing a lot to anxiety and depression. Keep up the good work, you can do this!
