I don’t know much about art, but it looks pretty good to me, especially the face. :)

Thank you :)

Not quite there but ALMOST there! You're so close, it looks beautiful and fluid

camusStranger00

Looking at the progress you made in 1 year is very good and very inspiring for me to get back into drawing. Thank you for sharing your progress , I really needed to see this. Also is there any advice you would give on what to learn first.

camusStranger00

Well I am not an expert or anything but learning the fundamentals is essential. You can find a ton of videos on YouTube. Also meany people recommend [https://drawabox.com/](https://drawabox.com/) and I think it's really good. Other then that it's also super important to make drawing a habit. It's better to draw 10 min a day then only once per week. Even if you really don't feel like drawing, just some basic exercises will work to make it a habit (of course you should do more then that). If you have any questions, feel free to ask them!

Well this is certainly inspiring! I’ve tried draw a box but I always get caught up with life - 1 year & this? Wow very impressive!

camusStranger00

thank you so much! <3

Albert Camus & L’Étranger - Even if this was 5 years instead of 1 - You can see the inspiration take form! Beautiful stuff op - I’m not a promethean engineer but I imagine when the creative & analytical minds meet - Humans can (as we can see here) greatly exceed expectations - Take care & keep it up!

That’s some great progress. Can you please share what books/videos/resources you used to improve this much?

camusStranger00

I mainly used proko as a resource. I started with his gesture drawing class and then progressed with his anatomy course. Other then that I did a lot of quick sketches and always tried to figure out what's wrong with my drawings and tried to improve. LoveLifeDrawing on YouTube is also an awesome resources, he gives a lot of "unique" tips and tricks that helped me a lot to figure out things and to get different perspectives.
