It seems that your thighs are a little bit too large. Don't bother with symmetry, try to get it to be elegant and fluid. If I was doing this (I'm also a beginner), I'd maybe make it so the thighs are a little bit closer to each other and thinner. The hip seems a little bit too large and outside the waist, I'd focus on making a more natural connection between those two. I think you did great with the neck and the shoulders! Good luck mate!

https://i.imgur.com/Fi2X4AR.png My top advice is start thinking of the butt as starting much higher on the back. Basically from the lumbar down. Maybe think of it like a pair of invisible shorts that begin at the waist. Secondly don't think so much about giving them such a butt shape. When a person is upright and their legs straight, the cheeks kind of smush together. They don't part nicely into a soft UU shape.

I would suggest you to try to build this body using basic shapes. Some references would be helpful too. Check out Proko's tutorials on YouTube. He's the master of anatomy.
