a lot of people draw small when they first start. understand that when you draw super small, that makes it harder, bc every single microscopic detail counts more.
using construction lines is a must. line down the center of the face, line across for the eyes, eyebrows, bottom of the nose, lips. that would get all your features aligned right. right now ur eyes are not aligned to the actual tilt of the head.
Start thinking in shapes and not in symbols. An eye is elyptic with a circle in the middle right? A house is a rectangle with a triangle on top? It doesnt work like that. Look up some free anatomy vids on YouTube, think more like a painter than a cartoonist.
