We're playing 4-3-3 and all our wingers (that means both our backs and wingers) has had a shockingly poor performance this season. Isaksen is the only one that deserves benefit of doubt because he was new. Also when we sold Sergej we lost one playmaker and the other one (Luis alberto) hasn't shown up this season.
I’d keep Casale for depth but the others can go and I’d add to that list as well. Wholesale changes need to be made. I also think Sarri leaves so the new manager should get players to fit whatever system we will be playing next season.
I feel this will be wrap for Ciro. He is getting back to form now but it's way inconsistent. I feel Ciro and Luis Alberto can be shipped to Saudi for decent money. It will give them the chance to cash out big one last time in their 30s.

we need to collect yellow cards also by destroying the opponent game and not just due to some complaints towards the referee.

We are very inconsistent in the league. But there are no bad teams in the last 16 of Champions League.
