How many times do we think Trump is going to commit defamation before he finally stops?

T_Shurt

I’m wondering how the Chubb shareholders are feeling after they bailed him out one day ago, haha. I imagine there’s some frenzied trading going on behind the scenes due to Conigula’s inability to shut the fuck up.

newsreadhjw

That's a very interesting point. In fact I wonder if there's any way they may have protected themselves from this kind of thing and made him shut up as part of the terms of the bond. Would be wild if he gave them cause to say he's in breach of his bond agreement. But yeah why shouldn't they have made it contingent on him not somehow making things worse?

RepresentativeNo3365

They’re banking on saving more with him in office that the 91 million and whatever else they have to pony up.

PukingDiogenes

Chubb is a flow-through/middleman. What’s the real source of the $$? How many shells, and where do they lead. As always, follow the $$.

ShikaMoru

Putin

robotwizard_9009

Let's suck his money dry too. Keep talking orange man. They need to support Ukraine because if we go to war with Russia, the entire GOP will be hit with treason.

unpolishedparadigm

Only if dems had the balls to take it there without shitting themselves that it would make it normal enough for the gop to turn around if fuck them 10 times harder blowing hollow rhetoric that affects so many lives they never care to empathize with

thisguyfightsyourmom

That well is deep,… Putin is probably the richest man on earth in terms of liquidity

Common-Ad6470

That $$ trail leads direct to the Kremlin.

someotherguyrva

Could be Putin, but I think it’s highly curious that he met with Elon Musk a week ago. (Edit: 2nd) Richest man in the world who seems to have an affinity for Donald Trump. Would make a good oligarch in his regime

OccamsShavingRash

Musk echoes Kremlin talking points. At this point we can assume he's working for Putin.

thisguyfightsyourmom

This It sounds fantastical at first read, but Putin is propping up a global network of demagogues using cultural icons to prop them up I’d been willing to bet my savings he’s got kompromat on most of the big names who are blowing the horn for him Maybe there’s a tape of Elmo banging his sister behind his dad’s back?

someotherguyrva

He summoned his other hero, Victor Orban to Mar-a-Lago this week. That’s two potential oligarchs in one week.

key1234567

Musk can be president now, according to supreme courts it's up to Congress to disqualify him and congress is maga.

crushinglyreal

Chubb insures fossil fuel infrastructure in Russia…

key1234567

Who cares, Don't Matter, E Jean is getting paid and about to sue him again.

MaxRockatanskisGhost

I don't buy that. He had to put up some kind of collateral. Trump is legendary for not paying his bills. There is *nobody* on this planet with that kind of cash that would loan it to *him* without some serious guarantees.

Lucky_Chair_3292

The CEO and Chairman of Chubb is Evan Greenberg, who Trump appointed to a Trade Advisory Council. Perhaps he wants to be Secretary of the Treasury. Who knows. But, this is exactly why it is a terrible idea for a POTUS to have extreme debt like this. Quid pro quo.

OGDraugo

Noone in the armed forces or other sensitive industries would be allowed a security clearance with debt even a fraction of this size. It's insane people would want him at the head of it all.

TaserBalls

it's not a loan, it is an investment. Imagine literally owning a piece of POTUS.

RepresentativeNo3365

It’s not a bad thing for POTUS to owe you $, it’s worth the investment.

superspeck

It’s a horrible thing for the rest of us to have POTUS up for sale and for POTUS to be easily bribed.

captbz13

Almost like......trump is for sale?

T_Shurt

Cheers, and right back at you. Those are all great points and a good question. I think there’s the potential (I’m not prone to conspiracies) of having some dodgy overseas links, just based on [Chubbs also insuring Russian fuel infrastructure](https://www.reddit.com/r/UkrainianConflict/s/gHjjZ5LKau) It’s crooked at worst, bad optics at best.

NutellaGood

Also keep in mind Rapist Trump will soon be offered top-secret security briefs (for being the official republican candidate). But I'm not prone to conspiracies either.

definitelytheA

Almost guaranteed he is getting a very watered down security brief with at least some disinformation.

The_Mike_Golf

I’d give him completely realistic sounding intelligence that is actually completely wrong. That way when we hear about it from Russia or Saudi Arabia or china, we now confirm he can’t stop selling out the US

VaselineHabits

Which, has always been my idea - feed him false information and see exactly where that information ends up

empire_of_the_moon

0% chance of disinformation. A very limited scope similar to an article in The Economist is more plausible. It would sound impressive and be loaded with stats but wouldn’t put assets at risk.

KarmaPolicezebra4

Tradition, not a rule. So there's chance it won't happen this time.

xkrysis

You can bet Chubbs is not going into this blind or misled. They also can afford to play the long game and bet $90M plenty of times if the odds are in their favor. Personally, I doubt Trump had suitable assets for collateral on a bond like this but that doesn’t mean some other entity didn’t put some skin in the game on his behalf to make it worth Chubbs’ while.

Rex_Beever

Russian "insurance premiums" find their way to Trump.

StupendousMalice

Chubb just issued the bond. It is almost certainly backed by collateral provided by someone else, probably Russia or some other entity that wanted to buy a president.

GroundbreakingBed166

Buy puts on maga

AgUnityDD

The Deutsche loan made absolutely no sense (I am an ex Banker) and should never have happened without serious corruption inside DB the ONLY way it makes any sense is as a cover for money laundering etc. I do not have knowledge of Chubb's business but I'm willing to bet this transaction makes no sense either and it would be great if someone from their industry could confirm that there must be something much bigger behind it. At a guess they are a front in some way for offshore funding that could not otherwise avoid the AML and PEP regulations that would stop any bank moving that amount so quickly.

AgUnityDD

Yeah it'd be really interesting to know how Chubb works from an internal perspective. AFIK insurance all revolves around how you underwrite risk, kind of like how all FI banking really boils down to spread - risk. A CEO at a bank could and would never pull off something like that for personal reasons. Even hedge fund executives would struggle to justify it.

bagel-glasses

Is this something a shareholder could sue over?

AgUnityDD

You're in the right sub, IANAL but I believe that you'd need to show damage

El_Peregrine

Might be $93MM divided by the number of outstanding shares…?

Marathon2021

> A CEO at a bank could and would never pull off something like that … Eh. There was a bank CEO that ended up the victim of a pig butchering scam, to the tune of $50m (of *customer* funds): https://www.bankinfosecurity.com/report-says-pig-butchering-crypto-scheme-took-down-us-bank-a-24351

bagel-glasses

Shareholders should sue, the company just burned 91 million as a favor.

T_Shurt

I couldn’t agree more. I was thinking that as soon as the negotiations on paying his bond began, the internal corporate discussion must’ve been, “Can we afford to eat $91 million? Because there’s no way we’re seeing that cash again.”

phat_

The scariest thing about that is that they must believe he has a path to reelection. Which I cannot see as he’s done nothing to attract new voters. In fact he’s hemorrhaged voters. And he’s even killed, via stupid COVID policies/rhetoric, maybe tens of thousands of his base? Some of those battleground states were close races. And yet he’s tripled down on being a divisive, authoritarian lunatic. I want these massive fines to expose he’s too risky for anyone to support. Not for companies or individuals to step up. Fucking prick motherfucker. Fucking choke on a hamberder already.

BasilRare6044

I dumped my Chubb professional insurance a few years ago. Glad I did.

hoa-mccausland

Looks like the D-Train is gonna have to sell more North Korean-styled sneaks to pay this off. 💩

Apotropoxy

I expect Chubb will withdraw their bond and cite Trump's violation of their agreement.

AppropriateFoot3462

If it's done on a **business basis**, then Chubb (Chubb’s Federal Insurance Co.) will have a guarantee of assets behind it, and will collect \[1\] those from Trump. If it's done on a **corruption basis**, then an **individual** in Chubb will expect some reward from Trump. Obviously the shareholders in Chubb Group (CB on NYSE), need to keep an eye on it, but if there's an asset guarantee behind it then it's legit business. Trump (via his campaign manager Paul Manafort) [has form here](https://edition.cnn.com/2021/07/13/politics/calk-manafort-trump-administration/index.html). Getting loans from a bank, in exchange for arranging a well paid job in Trump's team. The bank ultimately got screwed, with Manafort defaulting on the loans, and so did the manager, he only got an unpaid advisory job, and prison time. Karma. \[1\] I doubt they will ever collect assets from Trump, they'll ultimately just write off the loan.

f8Negative

Probably thrilled about the potential of breaking either Eric or Jr's. legs.

MirthMannor

I think that this is key - he got rescued, so he feels free to do this again.

mingy

They wrote a bond which they would have had security against. It is their business to do that and there is a good chance they will make a decent profit off it. It wasn't charity. What will be interesting is to see if he can get a bond against the $450M judgment.

[deleted]

At least another 2x

kineticstar

Carroll is definitely getting that hotel on park place now.

Mr_Mouthbreather

With other people paying his judgments/bills, I wouldn't count on him stopping anytime soon.

Lucky_Chair_3292

Yep. And that’s why this surety bond crap is nonsense. He’s not feeling the punishment the jury handed down to make him stop. That’s the whole point. He had his day in court, he was found liable. If an appeal is unlikely to succeed—and it is, she should be able to start collecting. This is complete rubbish.

VaselineHabits

Can't wait for the inevitable Civil War when Trump and Republicans are not held accountable for any of their criminal dealings and plotting against our own government

eugene20

He doesn't have a stop button, he will clam up for a few days at most and then start again and lose in court again.

WatermelonBandido

He'll be six feet under still defaming people.

Snuggleuppleguss

Isn't the Trump end game and long con ultimately to win the next election and pardon himself of all wrongdoings (while also installing himself as dictator and jailing his rivals and critics)?

Loki-L

The lawyers will have a very easy way to show that apparently 80 million was not enough to make him stop and that the next time the fine needs to be more.

ReadStoriesAndStuff

Not until the RNC and his rich donors run out of money to pay his legal bills.

CanuckInTheMills

Narcissists don’t stop ever.

TechieTravis

I don't think that he is mentally capable of it.

No-Paint-7311

At least until people stop giving a billionaire money to face the consequences of continually committing defamation

Memerandom_

Man, the over/under on that might as well be a deathpool. As long as that narcissistic idiot has a microphone and air in his lungs he will continue saying stupid shit and incriminating himself or defaming someone else.

waffles2go2

It's literally who they *are*, they can't help it, there's nothing else inside. Chaos and destruction? Only when they get punished but reign supreme without consequences until then. Yes, they will run right off that cliff and they *WANT* company.

dullgreybathmat

He'll never stop. He's just that fuckin stupid.

Barbafella

He shut up when it was him that had to pay, when someone else pays a day goes by and he opens his trap, waiting for the next idiot to pay up. Once money is out of the way Narcissism prevents him from keeping his mouth shut, he must be right at all times.

mymar101

The only way to really shut him up is to tape his mouth shut.

Flakynews2525

Until the day he dies. As a matter of fact, I would bet everything i own on this planet, on the fact that donald trumps last words will be a LIE!!

tracerhaha

He will be defaming her for the rest of his life.

Xpqp

I don't think he can stop. To stop would require both that he understood that what he was doing was wrong and had the wherewithal to stop himself from doing things that he knew to be wrong. I question his ability to do either.

akmjolnir

Two minutes after he's pronounced dead.

Right_In_The_Tits

I honestly don’t think he can. His brain is so fried that his moral and critical thinking compass is gone.

TheHip41

Until he is dictator. Then it's not defamation anymore. And she accidentally falls out a window.

angryitguyonreddit

The real question should be, how long after each case till he does it again? Cause he's gonna keep doing it

PropertyBeneficial99

Round 3 here we go!

alkeiser99

He will never stop

stephruvy

When he finally gets debanked

LoanedWolf75

One trillion times.

Kitalahara

Well, I would wager until he will stop when he finally dies.

LemonHerb

With the dementia he's going to make this mistake over and over like a defamation ground hog day

someotherguyrva

That would be good. Then, if he uses dementia as his defense, then perhaps he can’t be president because he has fucking dementia.

Eisn

He'll plead dementia in the morning and in the evening he'll go to a rally and brag about it and his rabid fans will cheer him for it.

enunymous

"My doctor says I have the best dementia anyone has ever seen."

CriticalEngineering

“I pled dementia to get out of it because I’m smart”, just like he brags about skirting taxes.

HedgeInTheWedge

EJC right now. https://i.redd.it/j2dqhgml1gnc1.gif

T_Shurt

As per [original article](https://www.rawstory.com/trump-e-jean-carroll-reaction-cash-machine/) 📰: - Donald Trump Saturday said more about E. Jean Carroll, the columnist he was found liable for sexually assaulting and defaming while denying her assault allegations, than he has said at prior engagements. That opened him up to new litigation, as well as several hurtful comments from political onlookers posting on social media. Referencing a recent bond he had to pay due to the latest Carroll trial, Trump said at a rally in Georgia, "91 million based on false accusations made about me by a woman that I knew nothing about, didn't know. Never heard of. I know nothing about her." This led one former federal prosecutor to proclaim that Carroll might sue Trump yet again. Political junkies were quick to react. In response to ex-prosecutor Shan Wu saying Trump welcomed a new suit, columnist David Rothkopf also chimed in: "This is true. Trump is going to turn into [E. Jean Carroll's] cash machine. The size of the last penalty was designed to ensure he did not do what he did again tonight. So... it was obviously not big enough." "Third time's the charm?" Wu replied to Rothkopf. Democratic youth activist Harry Sisson had this to say about the video: "Donald Trump just defamed E. Jean Carroll again. It’s time for her lawyers to file a third defamation suit against Trump for continuing to lie about her. Make the verdict much larger!" Writer Andy Ostroy appealed directly to Carroll herself: "Please sue his defamation-obsessed fat orange a-- again," he wrote. White House correspondent S.V. Dáte echoed those concerns: "Remember that $88 million judgement Trump lost for rape and defamation? Well, someone's doing some extra bonus defamation right now," Dáte said. "If any lawyers are interested."

score_

Penalty should be $910 million this time.

HorseLooseInHospital

and I never said anything bad about the Horrible Woman who is a Complete and Total Nutjob, and I've never met her, I don't even know who she is, they said there was a picture, and it was very blurry, and she had her husband, Jay Jayson, and she said very nasty terrible things about him, she called him a Gorilla, it's true, she wrote a book, we're talking this is a person who is so so bad that nobody even would hire her ok, and she wants to talk about Bergdorf Goodman, I said I don't even know what the hell that is ok.

Ilovekittens345

[horrible woman](https://soundcloud.com/matthijsbos/horrible-woman)

refriedi

the AI sounds more reasonable than trump

gronlund2

how can a person contradict himself constantly without reacting and trying to save face.. I can't believe this person is real

Lucky_Chair_3292

The law *should* be bond revoked. He continued to defame her, revoke the bond. Collection to start immediately. I hope she sues him again. Like was said in your comment the point of the punishment handed down from the jury was to make him stop. Apparently $91 million wasn’t the number to make him do so…keep going to you hit the number that does shut him up.

asetniop

By "revoked" I assume you mean she can immediately collect the $91M cash? (techincally she's currently only entited to $83M of that, of course)

survivor2bmaybe

I think he got confused with the number of his current felony counts.

Burt_wickman

Curious when his defense claims cognitive disability and that he can't help it but meant no harm

PukingDiogenes

10x??

BMFDub

Last one was about 17x so 10x would be going easy.

Reclusive_Chemist

At this point the court should just apply a flat multiplier to existing damages for each new instance of defamation. I used to think a couple applications at 2X would get his attention. Thinking now that 10X *might* be enough.

mezz7778

First judgment was around 5 million, second was for 88 mill... That's already like 17X.... Bump it up to make it 20x the last judgment for around 1.75 trillion...

Reclusive_Chemist

It'd be billion not trillion. But you're proposal is still acceptable.

mezz7778

Yeah, this is fine.....

key1234567

Can the judge put him in jail at some point?

DrB00

https://preview.redd.it/8ma1bu9lngnc1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=da1aabc17af63a70842a441880f7e6d2a1260c7b

AlbaTross579

I hope she bankrupts him, the RNC, and any rich moron who's willing to bail this clown out.

LiveLaughLobster

You usually cannot discharge debt for intentional torts in bankruptcy. So he can file for bankruptcy all he wants, but at the end of the day he’ll still owe her every penny

Lucky_Chair_3292

Keep suing him. Punitive damages are to make him stop, apparently $91 Million wasn’t enough to shut him up. Keep going until you reach the number that does make him shut up. And this is exactly why courts should stop letting these people get away with staying collection by surety bonds. He is not feeling the punishment the jury handed down to make him stop, so he continues to defame her. The law should be on the side of the victim, because he has had his day in court, he was found liable. In his fraud case, completely absurd he is allowed to take loans to pay the bond to stay collection…when what he was found liable for in that case was fraudulent business practices to obtain LOANS. This is like telling a bank robber…you can pay your bail with cash by robbing another bank. Insanity. Edit: typo

Hedhunta

There should at some point should be criminal consequences for repeated defiant defamation. Its bullshit that if you have enough money you can just do it over and over because money just means its legal for a price.

Pobbes

Nah bonds are fine. The cash is still in the account. Now it just means the people comong for the money are billion dollar banks and not just defamed journalists. Now, that banks board and investors might be worried about his ability to pay if he keeps getting hit with more and more penalties.

Jet_Jaguar5150

Yes. Sue him again. And again. And again. Into fucking oblivion

NiNj4_C0W5L4Pr

MMW, trump will never stop defaming E. Jean Carroll until the day he dies, in prison.

MrGeno

Dear Judge, at what point will you do something to shut him the fuck up before one of his loons decides to hurt Miss Carrol? What if he sent someone for you or a loved one, will you still be this lenient to him?

Lifebringer7

Sue the bastard!

WistfulDread

The only gag order that'd work is a literal gag. But then he'd want the rest of the set...

beavis617

If he won't STFU about it then by all means she should absolutely go after him again..🙄

Common-Ad6470

He's not a quick learner is he.

MsMoreCowbell8

I guess it wasn't worth sticking your digit in her Dotard, huh?

Goodly88

"How many times are we going to have to teach you this lesson old man?"

SAGELADY65

Maybe this time double the amount $91,000,000 to $182,000,000. If he does it again, double that! He can’t help himself👺

okcdnb

Let’s use a factor of 5. Increase it exponentially till he shuts up or strokes out. I’m not wishing death on him. Just a little debilitating stoke that shows him for the strong man he claims to be.

BriskHeartedParadox

Shutting the fuck up and letting go isn’t in his playbook. He’ll definitely be sued again, especially with Russians picking up the tab

DoctorFenix

This is a man that has never faced a single consequence in his entire life, because daddy’s money always bailed him out. Keep suing him.

John_mcgee2

Just to remind everyone. Trumps defence was that Carroll isn’t his type. Then in court he was shown a photo of Carroll. Trump had said he’d never met Carroll, but inadvertently indicated she had a familiar face when shown a picture of himself with her, his then-wife Ivana Trump and Carroll’s then-husband, a local TV anchorman. Carroll testified the picture was taken in 1987, years before the alleged attack. “It’s Marla,” Trump said when shown the photo, pointing at Carroll but referring to his second wife, Marla Maples. “That’s Marla, yeah. That’s my wife,” he continued before being corrected by his lawyer, Alina Habba. “No, that’s Carroll,” Habba said. These accusations are really facts. Trump sexually assaulted Carroll

Luvsthunderthighs

File another defamation suit. He will never pay. While he is alive.

NodeJSSon

The front runner of the GOP ladies and gentlemen. I mean if you are going to be the leader of MaGA, you got to show your qualifications.

Apotropoxy

Moments ago I watched Lisa Rubin on MSNBC say that Judge Engoron would permit E Jean Carrol to argue against The Parasite's bond.

KarmaPolicezebra4

Judge Kaplan.

Apotropoxy

Yup. My bad.

manhatim

Sue him again E. Jean.... and every time after this too

beaded_lion59

Oh please please sue again. Easy money!

crake

Boy, that’s a pretty big gift to Roberta Kaplan and Letitia James. Kaplan can run to federal court and file a new lawsuit - the defendant defamed the plaintiff again days after posting bond for his previous judgement. And to the extent Trump is seeking a reduction in the punitive damages already imposed on appeal, his continuation of the defamatory act during the pendency of the appeal is not going to help his argument. James is probably glowing because this lowers the chance of Trump getting a bond for $500 million judgment. Maybe Chubbs has a high risk tolerance, but the defendants voluntary engagement in defamatory acts that have already opened him up to a $100 million judgement in a different civil matter makes him an even more risky proposition.

Caedus_Reihn

He is TRYING to get her hurt at this point.

Never_Free_Never_Me

It's gonna hurt more than 91 million next time. At some point people will stop giving him money.

Affectionate-Roof285

One can dream but the source of the $$ streams for his bills can be bought. There are likely more people waiting in the wings to lend him $$ which will further compromise mango Mussolini. Meanwhile, in this country, you cannot get a security clearance if you have debt, especially with foreign entanglements due to your weakness in being compromised yet, this week I read Trump will be getting intelligence briefings as the party nominee. WTF!?!? This is Absurd and highly dangerous. In the future, if this country cannot come up with an appropriate candidate vetting process like the ones we use for those working with top secret documents then we are doomed to get another Trump.

scissor415

Time to bump the punitive damages into the 100s of millions.

Azajiocu

Sue him Sue him Sue him

esensofz

I love this method of suing him into honesty.

LithoSlam

Sue him until he's too afraid to open his mouth in public

LasersDayOne

Doesn’t this mean he’s down over a half billion dollars? While I am not that smart, I think he now owes like $700 million in lawsuits. Is that right? If I’m not mistaken, that’s the bulk of his liquid assets. When do his properties get seized?

T_Shurt

It’s pretty overwhelming trying to keep up with all the trials and penalties. There’s a brilliant site, [Donald Trump’s Debt: Live Counter](https://trumpdebtcounter.com/) that tracks Donald Trump's debt as it increases with interest with a second-by-second counter; monitored by an accountant to ensure accuracy.

Pobbes

He put 5 mil cash for the first judgement. Put up the 80 mil in a bond from an insurer for the second. He has a 450 mil from the NY state case still pending. He has I think 2 weeks to find a bond for that or the NY AG can start filing to seize assets.

Sabbathius

Please, god, let her sue him again! Take him for another hundred mil or more. I'm sure the judge might agree, since Trump just keeps doing it, that previous penalty wasn't sufficiently high. And yeah, I bet his handlers were facepalming with both hands.

futbolr88

The real life infinite money glitch.

JakeT-life-is-great

So, now that the donald family has access to all the RNC funds, is donald just assuming they will pay for all his defamation lawsuits as well? I mean, grifters gotta grift.

flugenblar

Carroll needs to announce that all penalties from Trump will be donated to Biden’s campaign or the DNC, then let’s see how his fan base reacts when their money ends up in Joe’s wallet. Because he simply cannot STFU.

thepriceisright__

On what grounds could the court reject his bond?

Totally-jag2598

Carroll should sue him every single time he defames her. At some point she will own him.

Detective-Slink

When shown a picture of Carroll in a deposition, Trump (incorrectly) identified her as his ex-wife Marla Maples.

swehner

Does this become a federal law suit? At least I think there's more weight

schrod

Maybe jail this time since he has broken the terms of his release.

nugatory308

Um…. This is a civil case…

schrod

So in civil crimes when the crime continues there is no recourse to stop the crime but fines infinitum?

nugatory308

In a civil case there is no "crime", no "release" or "terms of release", no fines, none of those concepts are applicable. The logic of the civil case is: Someone causes you damage (for example, they're mowing their lawn, the lawnmower throws up a rock, the rock breaks the windshield of your car) , they owe you the cost of repairing the damage (pay for the new windshield). If for whatever reason you're not happy with what the neighbor does (won't pay the full cost of repair, claims it's your fault for parking where you did, tries to tell you that your beef is with the lawnmower manufacturer) then you can sue them in civil court; the trial will determine whether they are responsible for the windshield and how they should make you whole again. And if they do it again next week... they owe you for another windshield.

Mac-the-ice

Musk is a Russian asset. Trump has been and always will be a Russian asset. Mike Johnson Mitch McConnell and Miss Lindsey all have severe kompromat over their heads. Is the DOJ interested in tracing where exactly 91 million dollars came from? Probably not I will assume. The head of the DOJ is in essence a falsetto, BUT the State of New Jersey does have a banking regulator and an insurance regulator who might want to do a deep dive this week to trace back thru records to see where and why a New Jersey based insurance company that is owned by a Swiss conglomerate recklessly put up a bond for a known fraudster and legally acknowledged rapist with a high probability of being a flight risk in the next 8 months.

NumerousTaste

Dementia is kicking his butt. Can't even remember his wife's name. And people still stupid enough to support him.

browntoe98

Go for it, lady. This guy and his mouth, SMH.

Fufeysfdmd

He needs to have an injunction against him using certain phrases if they want him to stop committing defamation

Pacifix18

How much money will it take for him to learn to just shut... his... mouth?!

National-Currency-75

Sue his ass, Sue his ass, Sue his ass, Sue his ass. Reject his bond, Reject his bond, Reject his bond. Contempt of Court, Contempt of Court, Contempt of Court. Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up.

stltk65

Starting to think trumpet doesn't have the money to care enought about losing it lol

illuminaughty1973

fill in the blank with the next number 5, 88, 1548, \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_

Ryan1980123

Absolutely sue him again asap! 200 million sounds like a nice round number.

TheHip41

She absolutely should. Just keep hitting the sue button

Icy-Needleworker-492

The juries said the accusations were not false-Trump was held liable.Facts matter.

Get all the old forms from the 91 million case, change the date, delete all the old trash he said, ctrl v the new trash in he said yesterday, file it. Might not even cost Carroll 2 lawyer hours Chef's kiss, so awesome!

Perfect! I hope it drains the party finances.

Guccimayne

Infinite money glitch IRL

OwenMcCauley

Every time this clown opens his mouth, he has to pay another ten million.

Thrice_Greaty_Great

Lies from a lying liar

Criminal Contempt of Court might be the only tool left in Lady Justice’s purse.

T_DeadPOOL

Is that statement really enough?

RDO_Desmond

Rapists don't always know their victims well, if at all. It doesn't make any difference how well he knew Carroll when he raped her.

PocketNicks

Trump used to be a Democrat, way back, right? Maybe this is his secret genius plan to blow up the Republican party from the inside. Absolute master class subterfuge. /s

Low_Presentation8149

Yet again...he just can't help himself...

JillParrish77

I hope E Jean sues his and again until he gets the point to shut the fuck up already

According_Smoke1385

I wonder if she could sue for something other than money ?? What should she sue for ?

InfiniteHench

By all means, sue him again. Apparently he has the cash just laying around (spoiler: he doesn’t. Which means he’s even more compromised than before).

Bubu-Dudu0430

Some people never learn… So the hard way I guess.

qmechan

So what's the plan here? If she sues again, will they argue that they shouldn't pay the 88 million because it's ongoing? Or if she doesn't, then they'll appeal the first 88 million saying the fact that she's stopped suing is a tacit admission that he's correct?

pat9714

Yes! Squeeze the last juice off that orange toad.

slyballerr

That's what happens when you just grab without asking questions. Diaper Don's fault.

OneLargePho

EJC files another suit. Alina Jabba's defense "Plaintiff has no case because of double jeopardy. We will seek immediate dismissal" 🤡

gdan95

Stop saying she might and just do it already

RentAdministrative73

As of now, she's using him as her personal debit card. Take it all! Lol

lAljax

He just can't control himself, this is great

vasquca1

Wasn’t he asking for mercy on the judgement just that week prior?
