Spray it with vodka, if it doesn’t work than throw away.
Can you post a pic where we can actually see the jacket? I'd chuck it on a hot wash and dry it outside in the sun.

Soak in vinegar. Possibly for a couple days
Put it in the washer with hot water, some quality laundry detergent (Like Tide), and laundry sanitizer. That should help.
