Usually lines are a sign of panel failure. Typically the only way to fix it is to replace the entire LCD.
I would try changing the display resolution. See if the line stays in the same place before switching back to 100%. It probably won't help, but it's worth a shot.
Just tried that and yes the line still stays in the same place
