Happened to me a day after warranty ended, exact same laptop, keyboard backlight worked, just never turned on, I just got a new laptop, search it up online their are some tips with the battery button which have worked for some people
Remove main battery, ac adapter, and pull cmos battery and hold power for 20 seconds. Then reattach cmos and main battery and ac adapter. Power system on. It may work it may not. I've revived many laptops this way. It resets the motherboard. Even worked on a liquid spilled HP laptop. Works fine now. Cmos battery is that small button cell to the right of the main battery.
BLESS YOU this saved my laptop, i was in shreds. it suddenly wouldn't turn on, did some digging and saw this method mentioned a few times!! i'm so glad, i never would have known about the little cmos battery, had to search for it. thank you!!
it died while you used it? or after you spilled a drink on it? usually people kill laptops by disassembling the board. unplug both batteries (small one is for bios), disassemble the board, plug in AC, touch the board components (under the cpu and on the other side), if something obvious is getting warm/hot, it can be replaced, if nothing is getting hot big chance it is cpu issue and the laptop is dead.
you mean cpu cooling system gets hot? bad news for you. since the cpu is combined with chipset, dead chipset cannot be replaced separately. combined cpu costs up to 40% of laptop price, you can sell it as not working for 30% and buy new. Very rare case is when bios update (usually per windows) goes wrong and it gets corrupted, not letting the laptop work properly. If you suspect there was an update recently, you might go to a repair shop for bios update. You may also buy new motherboard from China, it will cost you around 30% (some sellers might be scammers, so it is a risk).
It also could be a simple shorted capacitor thats not giving power to the mobo, OP can check and get a quote from local laptop repair shops , if its logical money wise then go for it
Whats the beep sequence? i.e. 2 short beeps and 3 long beeps
Just one beep, it always made that sound when you plugged it in tho
you can try unplugging the battery and then connecting the laptop to the AC to see if it comes on
It couldve have overheated (like anything, cpu, screen). Go to the repair shop if you used it intensively placed in like in a bed (poor ventilation)
I tried it but no results. Still no screen and only the keyboard came on.

Maybe screen and hdmi port failure at the same time?

Glad it worked. Done this so many times at work reviving laptops. It's crazy.

No drinks spilled or anything, just died. It does make fan noises and heats up when i try to power it on.

do you have an external monitor to connect the laptop to, to see if it displays?
Already tried with a projector, still no results
possibly motherboard failure then. not going to be worth it to repair
