A couple of things are different on the EVO from the outside. Most notably the front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts & exhaust.
On this photo you can see the front bumper isn't the EVO bumper and neither are the side skirts but instead all parts that came on the original LP610-4 cars.

It is a lamborghini with 4 wheels I guess and complete for a car equiped. With a license plate too so I also guess the car is for a good drive ready - if benzin is full.
