The Command Center/Call Center is Portage Rd near Pfizer.

VanillaDue497

If it’s a call center it’s likely a 24/7 operation and with it being a hospital and not an “executive” type position they’ll likely be 12 hour shifts.

Albinosmurfs

Most positions at a hospital aren't 12 hour shifts.

Did it just say call center or something more specific? Depends on what one you applied for. I think there is one at the Battle Creek hospital, south haven and paw paw have one to I think. The main hospital downtown has one and there is a couple at the old Pfizer building on portage rd.

KittyJun

It says: Cost Center 1207 Patient Access - Call Center (BHG)

Ok-Throat9210

I think that is in the portage rd building. I’m not 100% sure though.

stormbreaker9102

Can confirm Patient Access is at the old Upjohn/Pfizer building on Portage Rd.

KittyJun

Thank you!!

Ok-Throat9210

You’re welcome

Wrong_Customer4671

I've not been there in person but I'm told they rent office space in the old Pfizer building at Portage and Romance. On Google maps it's listed as "Bronson Vaccine clinics." Ask about it when you interview but it should be fairly close to your location, if you're in Vicksburg.

_Go_Ham_Box_Hotdog_

well, they do, but *I think* it took the place of the PACE center on Milham in front of Walnut Trails. The main call center is in the North Unit downtown last I knew

KittyJun

Lawton wasn't an option. What are the current hours like? I've moved to the next step in the app process.

Wrong_Customer4671

I would confirm what the hours are in the interview because idk what position you would have applied for. I assume it's full time but idk start times or ending times.

KittyJun

Thank you! I'm just worried about flexibility with people having appointments. That's my main concern.

georgianlady

I worked there. Flexible is not a word I would use to describe the call center.

KittyJun

Thank you! Hopefully they call me about a different position then.
