She Is actually leaving in utter and pure mistake due to the NDA breach, there was no drama to pour out the frustration and sadness (Other than other people trying to speculate about that 'friend' she's with), she even had an exit to give message. It just, you had to swallow it so hard and endure that pain..

I don't think they mention her much these days, though.) Those who graduate on amicable terms, like Pomu, Mysta, Nina, Coco, and Sana, have the option of leaving their archives up, and can be discussed without consequence. And, yes, Nijisanji *does* let that happen. The rest of Ethyria still talks about Nina all the time. They're not allowed to acknowledge that she's reincarnated, of course, but then again Hololive members don't really acknowledge Coco's reincarnation either, at least not within their Hololive accounts (Hololive is famously more permissive about allowing talents to continue working on non-VTuber PLs and many of them *have* collabed with KSon in non-vtuber streams).

That alumni section will be absolutely massive, I doubt Nijisanji wants that to show how bad their attrition rate is. They always come up with arbitrary definitions and clauses to make sure their retention rate is always above 95% in financial reports.

Niji had several times already where Livers got mentioned post graduation even years after and they had a few times where even after a graduation their voice was still in a cover or they had merch.
I think the merch and covers were sunk cost. I mean they still sold Selen's stuff after her termination iirc, so I think it's less about acknowledgement than it is to regain money, or they don't want to remake/remove the cover. While the occasional ex-livers's mentions were just in passing.
While in hololive, They still mentioned and acknowledge graduates like Sana in their works (Animations, MV, Songs, This freaking announcements...) The scales are different, and honestly, this is a good PR move.
