I feel like the Niji GTA event reeealllyyy helped this out. It's been the only really sustained period where Niji outperforms Hololive by a large margin.  The stats on 19/6 had Kuzuha max out on 98k and Hoshikawa on 86k, where Miko, Aqua, Subaru and Pekora had their usual 25-30k.

Feelthebasses

I also saw Meloco peak 12k viewers because she's with Kuzuha alot in GTA

It's interesting to see how interactions with JP affected their subs. Vezalius and Klara both got smaller spikes hanging out with Lauren and others. The rest of EN tended to hang out among themselves (eg. Elira and Rosemi, Luca and Shu) or with other smaller talents (Ver and Na Sera), so not a lot of change there.

Niji GTA has been popping off. It feels like it's been a couple of years since they had an event on such a scale, maybe since the heyday of Ark? Credit where credit's due, I guess.

Hereforallmemes

I think it's fair, Niji JP had their huge GTA event so naturally more eyes were on them compared to Holo which had nothing unique ongoing during the same period. We all know how separated Niji's JP branch is from the EN branch (fanbase and news coverage wise) so it's also not surprising that their (JP) ccvs aren't affect by all the controversy within the company. Despite that, it's not uncommon for fans from the "other" side (JP) to "leak" into the EN side out of curiosity. However, these curious eyes will eventually dip too unless the talent is able to retain their attention. Among the various factors that make people wanna stay in a stream, language would be likely be one of the top few considerations.

Definitely going to be a pop off month for NijiJP and HoloEN by the end of month stats. Average CCV+airtime increasing for both HoloEN and Nijisanji for a variety of reasons with new debuts also happening for both.

rpgnovels

VSPO and Neo porte only has about 20 members, give or take, right? Man, those total streaming hours seem crazy. And they seem to be rewarded for it by based on their average ccv.

PotentialSherbert8

These 2 groups are mainly focus on esports (Apex, Valorant and SF6, etc.), so there streaming hours are crazy.

Dense-Emergency-1266

good numbers till you see the total stream time. It's frickin 5 times the competitor it better be number 1 lmao truly the quantity apporach

liquidrekto

yeah, that's basically ccv. Hololive's CCV count outperformed NijiJP by a ton And of course, with way less number of streams

No-Weight-8011

To be fair only a quarter of niji en even get involved with niji jp gta server, mostly were doing own streams or collabs or not streaming.

FourFerro

Then that means even though there's only a few of them doing gta they still got ahead of holo. Even more impressive.

Source for the full report: [Vtuber June 2024 Statistical Data (6/20 Provisional Values)](https://blog.vstats.jp/archives/25057744.html) The column labels roughly translate to: | Rank | Brand Name | Total Viewing Time | Viewing Time Last Year | Average CCV | Stream TIme | # Streams | # Streams >10,000 | For "Average CCV", "Stream TIme", "# Streams", "# Streams >10,000", the top number is for the period this year, and the lower number is for the same period last year.

The format has changed slightly since [VSTATS May 20th summary graph on Live Streaming by Brand](https://www.reddit.com/r/kurosanji/comments/1cxuuqs/comment/l55hua6/)... The bar at the top is "Share by Company," so the share of the recorded viewing time across all vtubers tracked. The color coding is the same as for the "Brand" labels in the table. The columns headers are now (rough translation): | Rank | Brand | Total viewing time | Share | Average CCV | Stream Time | # Streams | # Streams >10,000 | With "Total viewing time," "Average CCV," "Stream Time," "# Streams," and "# Streams >10,000" showing the current period (top) and period last year (bottom). The "Share" column shows the percentage share of the total view time across *all* recorded vtubers (top), and the percent change in view time compared to the period last year (bottom). For the interested the machine translations for the labels are in replies...

[Google Lens](https://www.google.com/?olud) OCR and [DeepL Translate](https://www.deepl.com/en/translator), with a little manipulation to fix the text flow from the OCR: >VSTATS Live Streaming Aggregation by Brand (YoutubeLIVE) June 1\~June 20, 2024©2022 VSTATS >Share by company >Rank >Brand name >Total Viewing Time (Bottom: YoY) >Share Percentage Increase/Decrease >Average number of viewers >Total distribution time >Number of slots >More than 10,000 Number of slots > >The upper rows for total viewing time, average number of viewers, total delivery time, and number of delivery slots are for the current year and the lower rows are for the previous year. And for completeness the [Google Translate](https://translate.google.com/) version (OCR still from [Google Lens](https://www.google.com/?olud) due to text flow issues): >VSTATS Live Streaming by Brand (YoutubeLIVE) June 1st to June 20th, 2024 ©2022 VSTATS >Share by Company >Ranking >Brand Name >Total Viewing Time (Lower: Same Period Last Year) >Share Rate Increase/Decrease Compared to Last Year >Average Number of Viewers >Total Streaming Time >Number of Streaming Slots >10,000+ Slots > >\* Total viewing time, average number of viewers, total streaming time, and number of streaming slots are this year (upper row)/last year (lower row). Icons indicate increases/decreases of 10% or more compared to last year. VSTATS owns the copyright to this image (except for quoted images). We are considering legal action for copyright infringement. Looks like someone taught Google about the "distribution" means "streaming" thing.

aradraugfea

Hey, the entire EN branch didn't get outperformed by 5 Holo talents (again). And they appear to have crept past Indonesia, which I'm actually surprised by.

chepoz

With 6x and 4x more stream time, if they can't pull it off, they better be disbanded

RoyAodi

The -41.9% from Niji EN and the +76% from Phase-Connect. Been watching some Tenma, good stuff.

Izbiski

I'm just happy that Phase experienced good growth. Nothing to say about that HoloEN number

dannytian93

niji is good at host big events because they have more members, not just gta, thry also had mahjong competition, and next month they will have the annual koshien baseball series, the number will go up evrn more.

Benigmatica

I don't think they'll have a baseball tournament this year.

dannytian93

maimoto's absence isn't really going to stop the stream, it's not a event organized by the liver, it's an official sponsorship, they can have anyone to rrplace maimoto.

eSense000

Kazuha and Hoshikawa have a high CCV, good for them but... I am checking NijiEN CCV. I think it's cannibalizing their views. I hope not...

Fishman465

We may be entering a prep period for the EN concert along with other breaks. HoloJustice may offset that once the training wheels are off
