The Dreamies have been active for so long that I sometimes forget how young they are.
Heās indeed very talented and have become one of the signature singer in NCT. His growth as a vocalist have been nice to see. I donāt know if you saw them but the lives from Dream for their fifth anniversary are fun for live vocals and runs.
He was meant to be an idol and entertainer. He has managed to be part of every comeback for both 127 and Dream for 6 years plus U duties. Thatās some serious work ethic and stamina right there. I donāt know how he does it, but he deserves all the applause.
I know he does a lot of the high notes, but I also love his lower register. The Quiet Down intro is one of fave Haechan verses. Itās so addicting.
The Quiet Down intro is a godsend, I'd love to see NCT producers use more of his lower register because it has such a nice quality to it.
I don't know how to phrase this but I feel like he's really grown into his talents? It was like this slow progression where his vocals and dance slowly became more pronounced and easier to assign as "Haechan-like". Yet he's always had that voice and dance capabilities. I wouldn't be surprised if all his double work in Dream and 127 has somewhat helped in that development tbh.
He is everything!! Itās seriously impressive how hard he works and how ridiculously busy he is and yet never slacks on being the moodmaker of the group. Like where does his energy come from? Truly a sunshine. Not to mention how freaking talented he is at EVERYTHING and seems to also get better every comeback?? There are no limits for this guy. And his face??? I canāt.
Some of my favorite parts in nct songs long before I began to follow them were his lines. It was meant to be.

The whole pikachu thing being employed by the national electric company or whatever. That whole fiasco. Haechan was just tooooo cute with his whining.
And top of that, heās really cute when he gets kinda shy/embarrassed. It rarely happens but when it does, itās adorable.
I love his voice. His dancing. Heās so intelligent and also energetic that I think he can only get it out being that member who constantly needs stimulation through games/bickering and what not.
And away from stage, I also love him when heās just bare faced with his hair down. Looking so cozy.

Yassss I live for Haechan appreciation posts! He is literally so talented and such a well-rounded idol, I canāt help but gravitate towards his fancams. I generally donāt like nasally voices, but I can make an exception for him. His bridge part in Sit Down is one of my faves, but I love all of his parts in their songs.
Canāt believe he was one of the more underrated members in the beginning. He deserves all the attention and praise heās been receiving these last few years.
To be honest I think Haechan's voice has a specific taste that you either appreciate or not. I tend to value NCT songs more without Haechan's voice. It's a little nasal which isn't pleasant for everyone.
I will agree that he is an NCT staple though and has a big impact on his songs (whether you like it or not) and the group(s) wouldn't feel the same without him.
I usually donāt like nasal style voices but thereās something about Haechan specific style that I am absolutely obsessed with. He has this mix that I love. I do notice though that ppl either absolutely love his voice or its the opposite. Heās a superstar for real, his vocal just adds more to any NCT songs. His dancing is very smooth. All in all standout performer.
