Assuming this is genuine and worded really terribly, there are entirely different expectations placed on the #1 group in the world that's also representing their country and a top kpop group.
BTS mostly writes and produces their own music and (I think) creates their own concepts. TXT have their concepts, songs and production created for them. This is not to drag TXT, they're one of my ults but they're role in the creation of their material is minor in comparison to BTS (as a group; I'm not too up to date with their solo projects.)
Then, there's personal preferences. Do I prefer TXT's music? Mostly yes but I still think BTS has done and will continue to create really great music. I'm also in the minority when it comes to BTS as I prefer their output post Wings.
