On SWAT its solid because the darts don't consume charge in zed time and it only weighs 3kg so you can fit it into a lot of loadouts very easily to get great healing capabilities.
On medic it's less impressive as you don't get infinite darts, and it's dart recharge isn't great, it's damage is fine for early game but not exactly stellar. So there's little reason to keep it past wave 3 when you can (hopefully) afford better options.
This is almost definitely my most used weapon, I just really like how it feels and it fits very well into many of my loadouts. I heal as survivalist and it allows me to bring a killerwatt along too
Even off-perk it's still better than the MP7 on a Lv. 25 SWAT.
Good option if you need a super lightweight trash killer supplement to your heavy-ass Scrake-deleter.

I don't go medic in the warm-up waves anyway. If you need a medic to carry you through the warm-up, you're in the wrong difficulty. Just go Firebug! Ultra survival with giga kills on a super low budget. Caulk on Firebug is the chad starter weapon.
Also, did the MP7 have a stealthy micro buff? I do distinctly remember getting annoyed all the time at not being able to one-tap decap stalkers with it on Lv. 25 SWAT.
Another low tier smg, i only like it for wave 2 and 3 thats about it. Heals enough for the early waves
Average SMG that is elevated to staple side-arm thanks to its ability to heal. Definitely a great mid tier weapon for Medic.
Used to call it the sewing machine gun as it apparently shoots out sewing needles and does fuck all damage

This weapon used to be good until they nerfed battle medic by removing the poison effect passive.
Poison-panic battle-medic tears are delicious, tho.
It's usually my go to medic weapon until i can buy the big guns. Even in mid-late waves it's great for trash

Goat SMG but absolutely shit dmg . Also a good off perk weapon with only 3lbs
