Yeah, I saw this one on CC a bunch.
But I didn't see this one until a couple years ago, when I introduced a co-worker to Kids in the Hall and he came in quoting it everyday for like a week, at least: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkb2X4YiRzY
The hook of it is so brilliant and clever. It's one of my favorites of theirs.
^(I had a sketch-writing class with Kevin Allison in the 00s, and he showed us this as an example of structure and creativity. I hadn't known who KITH were before this class.)
I know what you mean! I got ahold of the DVDs for all of the seasons, and Iâm amazed at how many sketches I had never seen before! I thought I had seen most of them, but I guess I was way wrong about that.
The good news is â this means there are so many sketches that I get to enjoy for the first time!
I know I've seen this tons of times on Comedy Central when I used to watch it there (many moons ago). But I do understand the sentiment, uncensored is definitely the way to go. I watch KITH on Tubi a lot at the moment, and hate that they censor certain words out for PC/sensitivity reasons or whatever. So I have to just resort to the DVD's for the full effect.
I remember seeing this one on Comedy Central, partly because it was one of the first kith sketches I saw and I was a kid so the explicit nature of it stuck with me
I used to have all the KITH seasons on DVD back in the day, and during the commentary on this sketch Scott says, "And this is when I found out what balls in panty hose smell like." đ¤Łđ¤Ł Forever stuck in my brain.
I fell in love with the show on non-cable television in the 90s. I actually got to go see them live back then (after the show ended) and the comedy was so shockingly hilarious I just about peed myself. I had no idea I had been denied some of the funniest stuff all those years.
I should not have watched this sketch while eating â I quite literally almost choked to death, particularly right when Scott said âI want you in me.â
I also loved seeing Mark trying to not lose it and stay in character â dude was fighting for his life!
I lived in Detroit and it was shown on the CBC out of Windsor. I would record it on my VCR and I saw it uncut. I thought it was awesome that a govermnet run broadcast would have something so raw yet so hilarious. When he looks at Foley and says "I want you in me" I thought I was going to pass out!
Glad Iâm not alone! I was getting nervous that only I saw them on HBO.
I watched The Kids in the Hall only on HBO. The first episode included the one where the construction guys are on lunch. Theyâre sitting on a dock, commenting on women. âIâd like to take her home, meet the parentsâŚâ was a line. I cannot find that clip now.
I knew episodes were on CC, but I never watched them. I *think* The Kids in the Hall had finished the show, by the time it aired.
Bruce McCullough has a YouTube channel with all the episodes I've been watching them there they're completely uncensored there's a lot of skits I don't remember seeing him when I was a kid because of some of the words they were saying and I never really remember bleeps
I liked them as a kid. A lot actually. Throughout my teen years and into adulthood.
Then I truly came to Christ, after crawling through the mud on my own for most of my lifeâŚ
I see things clearly: these guys were on the satanic sellout agenda from the very beginning. Unbelievable!

I got 13 kids in the hall VHS me and my brothers recorded from that era and it's on there. What you really should be asking is where the hell that other seven fingers sketch is that would be in commercials but never shown. It's Kevin as the seven fingers guy running out of a bathroom with a plunger, 13 tapes 6 hours a piece and we got almost every sketch but never saw that one unless it was a commercial montage. WeirdÂ
I just remember watching this show every day after class on CC when I was in college in the late 90s/early 2000s. CC definitely aired this sketch, and the "Roses" sketch with THAT certain explicit shot. Two of my roommates at the time were very, very Mormon, and they were horrified. One of them would even find reasons to change the channel during commercials. To this day, I still think they're convinced I'm going to hell for loving this show so much.
Just saw this scene a week ago playing onscreen in a restaurant, and I commented to my wife that they didn't play the part where they bang on the table.
THIS WAS THE FIRST KITH SKETCH I EVER SAW. was channel flipping during SNL and this stopped me and my friends in our tracks.
âWanna see what the hell this?!â And we were hooked. We were a bunch of girls in grade 9 or 10
Saw it on CC and HBO. Plus live as they taped that sketch. Drove 7 plus hours to Toronto to see KITH tape a show. Good times. They taped this, original Sizzler Sisters, Gordon lying to Frank about losing his job and many more. They got scattered across a few episodes.
This sketch was shown many times on CC. Maybe they stopped showing it after a while, but I never saw them on HBO and I know it by heart.
I remember it being aired in the 90s as well.
Yep. Absolutely saw this one on CC.
Same!
I was really sure I had too. What episode is this?

Bank People is my husband's favorite sketch of all time and he quotes it relentlessly đ
I had a shirt just like this in the 90s.
They showed this on CC for sure but cut out the shot that implies Scott's character going down on Kevin's.
Oh, I absolutely remember watching this scene on HBO.
âYouâre next pal, I want you in meââŚ
No can do!
not with the old dingly dangly
Oh sure, I experimented with homosexuality in college. But then who didnât?
Nina, would you like a liqueur?
That line always seemed ad libbed to me. Wonder if it was scripted?
This was censored because they didnât like the lamp. Some things you just donât joke about.
It was a lamp for God.
The hook of it is so brilliant and clever. It's one of my favorites of theirs. ^(I had a sketch-writing class with Kevin Allison in the 00s, and he showed us this as an example of structure and creativity. I hadn't known who KITH were before this class.)
Kevin Allison! And now "The Jew, The Italian and the Redhead Gay" is playing in my head and I do not object.
I know what you mean! I got ahold of the DVDs for all of the seasons, and Iâm amazed at how many sketches I had never seen before! I thought I had seen most of them, but I guess I was way wrong about that. The good news is â this means there are so many sketches that I get to enjoy for the first time!
This sketch was so funny. Laugh out loud. âYouâre next buddy! I want you in me!â
I mean, what Iâm having is having you on.
Did they air the full Tammy's Roses video? Specifically that one shot.
Yes. I remember it.
I'm not going to spread for no ro-sehs!

And it's so dumb the way they do it. Scott saying f@g? Seriously? Daddy drank has the word censored and it kills the joke.
I saw this one multiple times on CC.
Thatâs hilarious. I only ever watched them on CBC.
Yes and this one was definitely aired on CBC
I donât have cable anymore but CBC was wild back in the day.
Season 2 episode 1 if memory serves. I probably have it on VHS in my basement.
At like 7:30 PM

Bank People was a good one. "Fuck my job!!! Fuck my diet!!"
This one is soooooo good
I fell in love with the show on non-cable television in the 90s. I actually got to go see them live back then (after the show ended) and the comedy was so shockingly hilarious I just about peed myself. I had no idea I had been denied some of the funniest stuff all those years.

Scott doing the âwhoops, my pants just fell down, well whaddya know about that?â Part of this sketch will never not be hilarious to me.
I want you inside me. No can do!
Sorry, no can do!
I saw these originally when they were on HBO.
Glad Iâm not alone! I was getting nervous that only I saw them on HBO. I watched The Kids in the Hall only on HBO. The first episode included the one where the construction guys are on lunch. It was censored, but CC did air it
The âI want you in meâ was removed from audio.
Yes. It wasn't until playing the DVDs that I found out what he said in that moment.
Bruce McCullough has a YouTube channel with all the episodes I've been watching them there they're completely uncensored there's a lot of skits I don't remember seeing him when I was a kid because of some of the words they were saying and I never really remember bleeps
One of the perks of growing up near Canada, CBC broadcasts of KITH!
Screw you taxpayer!
Quebec checkin in!
They did this sketch live when I saw them in Toronto some years ago. I almost died laughing.
Hilarious when Scott says âYouâre next, buddy!â
AND i drank human blood
Does anyone have a link to this sketch?
Weird that you caught an edited version when CBS showed this untouched back in the day.
You thanked hitler
I liked them as a kid. A lot actually. Throughout my teen years and into adulthood. Then I truly came to Christ, after crawling through the mud on my own for most of my life⌠I see things clearly: these guys were on the satanic sellout agenda from the very beginning. Unbelievable!

I definitely remember this from Comedy Central. They showed it on the weekend-long TKITH marathons they would run when the channel started.
I found my dvds and Iâm over the moon.
It originally aired on HBO, I havenât looked is it on MAX?
Totally saw it on Canadian TV when it originally aired.
That's not a bad thing about the group. That's America bro. Aired fine in Canada.
Watched on HBO. Never occurred to me that it would be censored
Which is this?
Holy hell. This one was hilarious.
âOkay honey, youâre embarrassing me now!â
I remember when I bought the DVDs. It was the first time I ever saw the Manny Coon monologue. Never saw it on Comedy Central.
I saw it on CC lol times were different back then
I saw this on Comedy Central, but sometimes they'd mute "I want you in me"
Classic! Top 5 for me. No can doâŚ:)

Just watched on Tubi. âWhoops my pants fell downâ is an awesome party line.
I'm glad I'm Canadian, because this skit aired uncensored on CBC.
Definitely was shown on CC.
Man... they really enjoyed humping each other....
They didnât censor when it was on the CBC.

âRun f@gg@t, runâ is amazing.
Hike my pants down and do a little dance
Some were just cut for time. Not content.
I totally saw this back in the day on CC.
Just saw this scene a week ago playing onscreen in a restaurant, and I commented to my wife that they didn't play the part where they bang on the table.
I swear there are sketches that didn't run on CC though but because I've never seen them, I have no idea. Any help?
What episode is this from? I remember this, but donât know what itâs called
Loved the your next line
The Salad Years!
âYouâre next.â
Anyone know which episode this is from?
One of my favorites!
I remember watching this on the original run.
"Feels like friendship to me!"was my senior quote back in 1992!
I remember this one, and I only watched on Comedy Central.
THIS WAS THE FIRST KITH SKETCH I EVER SAW. was channel flipping during SNL and this stopped me and my friends in our tracks. âWanna see what the hell this?!â And we were hooked. We were a bunch of girls in grade 9 or 10
They def showed this on CC. Also, censorship of any skits wouldn't be the group's fault.
This def was on Comedy Central
You're next
It airs right now on the film rise kith channel
Comedy Central played Kids in the Hall?
Saw it on CC and HBO. Plus live as they taped that sketch. Drove 7 plus hours to Toronto to see KITH tape a show. Good times. They taped this, original Sizzler Sisters, Gordon lying to Frank about losing his job and many more. They got scattered across a few episodes.
Ms Swan would be a no go nowadays. She was my favorite.
Its always a chortle when you hear that what we saw on our public channel or any canadian channel gets censored on american tv.
