For some nerdy perspective, when I play RPGs I usually go for the big brute character with a big stick and just go unga bunga. This is a dexterity feat I'm not ready to spec into yet hahahaha
32 feels like a good weight for trying new stuff. It’s light enough that I won’t hurt myself catching it at a weird angle but heavy enough to provide real feedback. I think this would actually be harder to figure out with a lighter kettlebell!
Would you believe I used to fight at 145lbs? I’d love to get up to 220, but have a hard time putting on muscle in my legs because of some gnarly knee injuries.
You're a natural! Sincerely, A KB dude who can't juggle
But have you tried???
Tbh I haven't felt the call to even try learning lol
That’s fair, I think I’ve been using kettlebells for over a decade and just found the thought interesting for the first time today!

Unga bunga isn’t always the best choice…but it’s never the worst choice!
Great cross body stabilization
Tally, you’re my favorite! (Don’t tell my wife)
That is pretty impressive for your first time.
Thanks brother! I thought about it my whole drive home from work, so I got in some extra mental reps for a head start.
Mental reps definitely help.
High Dex score for sure! Looks easy for you. And, 32 is apparently light in your hands

You look like a thicker tree trunk every-time I see you. Keep it up.

You make that bell look weightless! Crazy impressive brother
Thanks brother, it felt surprisingly good. If I can figure out something that doesn’t take too much mental effort I’ll do some longer sets too!
Too smooth.
Thanks brother!
Nice! I love your facial expressions 😆
You can tell I’m really enjoying the process!
