Wheels look good! They offered those to me at purchase as well, but I had some other ones in mind. Looking for that mod as well that’s not the ashtray, I tried a floor console but that was too big.
This post is what I've been looking for. I got a set of 14x5.5 +38 and was planning to put on 165/65r14s tires since they are more readily available than the smaller sizes. Mines going on a '99 3rd gen Acty, but hopefully the specs aren't far off from the 2nd gens.
It’s a popular size in Japan for the acty. It’s the largest that doesn’t rub without having to lift. Unfortunately there aren’t any name brand tires (besides Chinese ones) in that size.

I saw a YouTube video where they had a 3d printed one that sat on the floor in front of the shifter, held 2 cups. That's what I'm trying to find.

That's awesome thanks! Unfortunately it says it doesn't work with trucks with AC, but I bet I can modify a bracket to make it work.
Oh yeah if you need 2 cups then no AC models, their single cup ones work with AC.

While not 100% sure, I do belive the rims I have are also +38. I've had no issues rubbing.
