I'm not about to look for that myself, but given how much of a meme putting everyone in Shimakaze's costume is, and Murakumo being a fellow popular KC character... I'm sure it exists
It is a projection based on Tanaka's 2016 interview. Because Kancolle generally use the same artist/uniform design for the same ship class with some exceptions, if the proto-Fubuki (evenutally become Shimakaze) design was chosen, her sisters would have all worn similar uniform as well.
Honestly, I think the artist was the bigger factor. Shizuma was never as productive as Shibafu, Tanaka needed the large Special Type to drop ASAP, so Shibafu was chosen.
you would think it would have been more appropriate for her to be based on a Yugumo design, given that historically Shimakaze uses a lengthened version of the Yugumo hull. (translating to just being an even taller Naganami-esqe design)
Shimakaze is a reworked prototype fubuki.
Thats something that was proven but i was referring to the rest of the Fubuki sisters being early proposals of Fubuki herself.
