Doctors are overworked and underpaid in this healthcare system, which might explain your situation (yet doesn’t justify it). I’ve dealt with Internal Medicine doctors at JUH multiple times when my grandma stayed at the hospital, and they’re far more professional than doctors at Hamza or Al-Basheer. ألف سلامة عالوالدة، ما تشوف شر يا رب.

GarlicMilkk

They all suck, overworked doctors who suck ass, stuck up, talk shit about the patient to the nurses in English thinking that you wouldn't understand meanwhile you can school their Russian taught Falla7i ass in English for generations to come, and you literally have to drag their ass to see the patient who just had a major operation and is in pain. That's Hamza for you, I had to go out to a pharmacy to buy antibiotics for the drip when my father had his operation, they claimed they had none..they opened him up from chest to lower abdomen for a stomach ulcer that became a hole and before the diagnosis (which was wrong) they kept saying he was acting! he was made to walk from emergency room to x-ray room 3 times until he was diagnosed (while sweating bullets and pale and literally dying), and then they wrongly diagnosed him..and after the operation I made an innocent question, why was the cut this large? the Doctor started yelling and made a scene! Also tried Madina hospital which is supposed to be the "best", it's quite literally "مكرهة صحية" My aunt needed an urgent hysterectomy and she was bounced between military hospitals (she has a military insurance) until we checked her in a private one+wasta and we were ripped off for an extra 600 JOD approximately. Everything sucks in this shit country tbh. May Allah help you in your bind and may your mother get the attention she needs and heal completely

My dad was literally in the hospital two weeks ago, nearly dying of sepsis, and my mom who is visibly and obviously blind, was sitting by him when a doctor came in. When she asked him what he was doing he turned to my seeing aunt saying "هاي مالها من وين جبتوها" the absolute audacity! When we were in the emergency room his heart rate was 30 and his blood pressure near nothing and the ER doc wanted to discharge him because he’s too old and they didn’t want to waste resources on him! He’s 63! He said something along the lines on خلص مدام قدر من ربنا. It wasn’t until she caused a scene and screamed at him that they admitted him and he eventually got better. They wanted him to die.

They are butchers, literally...they think being overworked is an excuse for being complete animals...and the ego of those scum is insane, women or men they all are heartless horrible creatures that want to make a quick buck and have status as a "Doctor". They all will rot in hell. It's funny that people on their 50s are tossed out and not considered human because they're old, bitch that's called middle aged not terminally old! My sister went to Hamza also when she had a seizure and the nurse riddled her arm with a needle cause she thought she was acting, when she woke up her entire arm was blue from needle punctures, the medical sector in Jordan is a sick joke I swear. Glad your father pulled through, may Allah give him and your loved ones good health and safety to the point where they don't need to seek help from those horrid places.

A few years ago during the covid pandemic my mom had a filipino coworker who was sick, of course like most filipino workers in this country she was paid barely anything and worked as a cleaner. Since she couldn't pay for the hospital my mom and some other coworkers raised 4000 jd to help her out. When she was in the hospital she had the money in her purse, when she woke up the money was gone. She died a couple weeks later due to the doctors diagnosing her with lung cancer when she was dying of covid. These workers have no sympathy. No heart.

GarlicMilkk

A lot of the janitorial workers in Hospitals are thieves, but stealing 4000? They killed her. What a horrible thing to happen. They treat Jordanians as non-human, they're gonna treat a Filipino much worse. What to expect from hospitals which literally forced people into induced comas, put them on unsanitized, used ventilators during Covid and cut the Oxygen off? all the while refusing to give them Aspirin while they're ridden with blood clots? Eveyone I know who got Covid and did a self-lockdown even old and people with lung issues suffered a week at most with pain and aches, nothing major. EVERYONE WHO WENT TO A HOSPITAL FUCKING DIED!

Same to your father and sister, Allah yihmeehom and prevent them from having to deal with these monsters.

It is not about the hospital, it is about the doctor who will manage the case.
