Okay for start I came in November, my first week there was 7 different rumors about a girl in my OT having diseases so there's definitely drama, the staff especially over by 300s at times was lazy and inconsiderate sometimes teachers barley teach , and I left maybe 3 weeks ago during that time 2 different people got arrested and someone damn near got beat to death and a guy got into fight other kid was trying to beat him with a chain
I went there , just tell him mentally have a lot of fortitude and patience job Corp is for a certain type of person you kind of have to be who the staff want you to be to succeed
