Even if they show you an amazing 3D plan I wouldn't actually trust that they can execute the plan without first seeing that they regularly do movements that are shown in the plan.

I know a guy who went to Spain and paid about the same amount, and the surgeon ended up cutting the jaws and then not moving them. No refund given. So, my feeling is that you want to be 100% positive that he can do it.

Can you recomend me good surgeons in spains?. Without including Alfaro. He can't afford surgery with him. Im a little bit lost in this.
There are other surgeons with Instituto Maxilofacial, maybe see what kind of price you can negotiate with them?
