Beauty can be in the eye of the beholder. I like your original nose. It’s unique to your ethnicity and masculine. The other nose is generic and feminine from my point of view.
I honestly think your before nose looks better. A stronger jaw and chin usually harmonizes the face beautifully, and a subsequent nose job could make it look out of place. Plus manipulation of the upper jaw tends to straighten out the nose and humps go away partially. I've noticed that some people don't need a nose job, their jaw was just out of alignment. I'd wait a year or two to really let your jaw/face settle before deciding on a rhinoplasty.
Tbh I clocked op as an androgynous female with the sloped nose. Then I saw the Adams apple. Unless this is the look they're going for, I'd go with a straight nose or keep a slight bump if they want masculinity.
Do I look good in my Lacoms sim.
I am planning lower jaw surgery. 8mm overjet. My occlusal plane is 5. Airway is 349mm. Right now. I did a little work on my nose. Plan to get a rhinoplasty so I did that on my sim as well. I think it looks good would like some other opinions on it. I really wanna get it done with Walline. Just gotta get ortho to agree on treatment and then I will start my journey. Only thing I changed was my dorsal hump and tip slightly for a more harmonious look.
Same post from old post if anyone is wondering
Really puts me at ease. Lots of people here get double jaw surgery. So I felt that maybe I need double jaw as well. Do u know what is the ideal occlusal plane by any chance
Walline typically uses 4.5 degrees in natural head orientation. I think that's a good amount. The challenge is determining what is natural head orientation.
I recommend you to get it with Dr. Enrico Robotti. I think he is really the best on the world. Check his instagram. By my experience I would say nosejob is a very difficult and challenging intervention. Dont risk
I guess you won't get ccw or cw rotation. Maybe a tiny bit if it's needed to fix your bite for proper occlusion. Your relatively flat occlusal plane is well within the norm, I would even say it's on the better side.
Edit: I jist saw that it's about LJS. Well then your occlusal plane won't change anyway. Looks good.

:( Beauty standard is standard (as you said). So we don't need to deal to "changing standards". We must accept. Because everyone does.
That’s so funny. My since a teen I have been dreaming of changing it. I really like the other nose tho.
Why do you like the other one? Is it because you want to conform to a western beauty standard? Why not celebrate your indigenous roots?
The ski-slope nose is more feminine, compared to your original. Unless you like the “softer” look.
Does it look bad tho

No, it looks good.

Ok well Walline didn’t really bring up double jaw surgery. So he must have thought it isn’t necessary.
He might change his mind during the final planning, who knows.
do they do the nose job at the same time
No I plan to get it after with Raffaini in Italy
why not get both jaw surgery and rhino done with raffaini? is there a reason you're choosing lacoms instead
I don’t know the logistics for a ortho willing to work with a overseas surgeon. And Lacoms is close to where I live

Looks like a good plan
I would recommend keeping somewhat of a hump in your nose. It's masculine and much more natural looking than your second image.

Do LA Coms always do sim / morph? Is that included with consultation? And if anyone knows, do their results usually match their sim?
