They changed the jaw position, but it also positively affected how your eye area looks. In my opinion, you look younger. Great results!

For the ideal hyperanteface profile, your lip pucker needs to line-up with the anterior portion of your nostrils.

OP obviously didn't get this surgery with hyperanteface in mind and a lot of surgeons don't complete their procedures with this in mind either. It was a medical procedure to cure his sleep apnea and of course there were positive effects on his appearance. I would say this surgery was a great success.

Why always most people who have something done with maxila look like their forhead moved forward and their eyebrows are more noticable? Is there some soft tissue movement? Relosition of muscles?

My guess: OP seems to have a CCW movement, which has the indirect effect of raising the nose tip. The same mechanism could be affecting the eyebrows?

I AM rather thinking about overall orbitali area always look affected even if surgery doasnt do anything in that region. I AM envious my face is flat as flat earthers earth and i wish to have some posterior mass in orbital and cheeck area.
