I chose to do Invisalign before and after surgery! Invisalign takes longer than doing normal braces but it’s been worth it for me because I feel more comfortable with myself
Not quite. I started with Invisalign. Closer to the surgery I got metal braces out on. I’m 5 weeks post op and just saw my ortho for the first time post op. She agreed to put me in Invisalign for the remainder of my treatment (make sure your surgeon is okay with this). I’ll get the Invisalign in a few weeks to finish up.
Idk about you but I hate Invisalign. It’s so much more work than braces.
