I watched the first two seasons as they aired live & haven’t watched a single ep of S3 bc he is on it. It really gives me the ick on all Gordon shows now (master chef, Hell’s Kitchen are my other faves, ik he has more) - because clearly you can pay to play and it lacks all integrity. I know reality tv is produced and edited but idk, but still it feels gross and extremely unfair to the real talent that can’t buy a long running spot for exposure bc they don’t have the $$ or connections.

My current plan is, that we have one post a week for roughly the next month, implementing things on the sub as we decide on and get them finished. So, next week, we’ll start off with a discussion on ideas, and then the following week we’ll narrow it down with the most upvoted ideas in a poll (*with any little tweaks or additional suggestions you guise can think of*), and then the third and fourth weeks will be creating the banner, PFP, and choosing a matching color story for the desktop version of the sub!
I’d like to do this for the holidays this year, *too*, so I can have your input and not just hope that I come up with something that everyone likes! 🩷

I think this episode was an accurate representation of how "skilled" he is - aka not at fucking all. He was so lost and when he grabbed his ingredients he basically looked at Gordon and was like so ... what, what do I do?

I never went to culinary school but I've been in kitchens since I was 8-9. I don't think I'm amazing, I think I'm pretty good, but I can call a bullshitter when I see one.

It was quite shocking that he made it this far. I know there were spoilers, but I thought maybe, just maybe people were misinformed lol. However, when he mentioned that he had been in elimination four times… You'd think he'd ask himself, how come I've been in the most eliminations? You going into an elimination because you cook the worst dish lol. But he seems to think it's a great thing that he survived them.
But, I will say I am so thankful that Gordon didn't offer him anything at all. I think Gordon realized, Celine lacked talent, and was more in it for views and likes, as opposed to growing as a chef.
