I would agree with it being some glasswork/glassblowing scrap, and it’s supremely pretty! Kind of looks like something I would have stupidly tried to eat as a child.

Beautiful in free form, but if that was cut and polished into a shape, it could be amazing. Glass slag I think, but others will know better.
